Bonita Beach and Tennis 5303

Construction is ongoing due to Hurricane Ian. Pools are NOW Open. We do have grills available on site, far end of parking lot by Bldg. 1 and 2. We will update our listing as soon as that changes. We have a temporary pickle ball court and corn hole boards available to use. You will see/hear heavy construction equipment and workers during your stay. Inside of our condo is construction free and you do have access to the balcony! Our rates have been reduced to accommodate the construction, and no additional discounts will be given.

Prefect beach studio located in the Bonita Beach and Tennis complex offering guest several amenities to enjoy while they soak up the sun and enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer! We provide a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels.

Fully equipped condo including brand new kitchen stocked with all essentials, fresh coastal flare throughout, unique room divider offering privacy from bedroom area to living area, plenty of storage space, updates continue into the bathroom with a walk-in shower and oversized vanity. Screened in lanai showcasing tropical views and plenty of green space. A short walk across the street using the pedestrian cross walk to Bonita Beach where you can take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico's calm waters, sun bath and shell or for the adventurous water sports are available.

Great Location with multiple restaurants in walking distance and grocery store less than 2 miles away.
Make sure to catch a sunset they are absolutely stunning!

Quick getaway

My daughter and I did our annual getaway and visit family in Bonita Speings . The place was very cute , cozy, and clean! We were not disappointed! Beach accessible and very close to food. We would stay here again .

Perfect!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and two teens, 18 & 16). It had everything we needed and then some! We really appreciated that it had beach towels, nice beach chairs, a cooler, etc. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We loved how the unit was decorated with the dividing wall/plantation shutters dividing the family room area and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Ver comfortable, but under construction

The condo 5303 was very nice overall, but the owners need to bite the bullet and replace the mattress. A foam topper does not make it better. It can shift, and cause you to topple out of bed!The unit is fully and comfortably furnished otherwise with everything you need. Nice to have a partial divider to separate the living room from the bedroom area. Spacious bathroom.While we were there, there was a “red tide” and the beach was covered with dead fish, which were also in the water. Unlucky for us, and the swimming pools were closed for re-construction, which was very unfortunate. The construction on the property was more extensive than we thought it would be, but it was only during the day, and not on the weekend. Once they finish, I think it will be a very nice community!

Clean and perfect location to Public Beach access

There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler for us to use. We drove to the beach and paid the $2 per hour to park so as to haul all our things but ended up spending all day every day on the sand. If you plan to spend a lot of time on the balcony at the condo, this one has a parking lot only view so no ocean in sight. As it was for us, our needs were met!
