Living room with 80 cm TV, DVD-DVX player and 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa. The bathroom is equipped with an 80 x 80 cm shower cabin and Wc. Upstairs, landing bedroom (not closed) with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a 140 x 70 cm child's bed and a small bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds. Baby bed and chair available on request. NO WIFI. The 19m² terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
The enclosed grounds of 3,000m² offer a secure pond and a portico. Private parking secured by a gate. Energy charges included (water, electricity, fuel oil).
