We had a great time at The Digs! The property was spacious and just as listed. The building is beautiful and close to everything we had planned in Wilmington for the trip. Loved it!

Thank you, Morgan! Great place! Highly recommend. All of the neighbors in the building were super helpful as well. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely be staying at The Digs again. 😊
We live in the Holly Springs, NC and had family from Illinois in town for a visit. We booked this last minute. This place was great, super clean convenient to restaurants and the beach. Very quiet, patio was awesome for evening beverages. Our family enjoyed their stay. The only snafu was that the listing indicated that the place was wheelchair accessible, be sure to have a ramp on hand. We had to navigate a couple of stairs to get the wheelchair in and out. Luckily, we did have some help from awesome friendly neighbors. Overall a wonderful place to stay and we would book again!
Overall a good stay, but could be a great stay with a few tweaks. The property is clean and easily accessible. Nice big patio overlooking the one tree hill bridge, if you’re interested in that. Nice kitchen with new appliances. The only things that were a little disappointing was the king bed and window treatments. The king bed frame supports were bent and caused a huge sag in the middle. We tried to fix, but the supports slid out of place again as soon as we set the bed back down.
The queen bed was much better but needs some bedside tables. Blinds on the windows would be nice for privacy. But like I said, it was an overall good stay and we were able to walk to the riverfront in about 15-20 min. Property is also close to a couple of great breweries… Edward Teach & Flytrap.
Great condo, stylish, well-stocked kitchen, interesting neighborhood to explore, and super-convenient to the shops and restaurants of downtown. Would def stay there again.
We loved this space! The parking situation was great, and the apartment had a nice luxurious/industrial feel. We were missing toilet paper and hand soap when we arrived, and the host was very quick to accommodate us. 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!
Property is exactly as described and Morgan is a great host. Two microbreweries within a few blocks and historic downtown area is within walking distance. Nice patio with a good view of the bridge and convenient parking for one car and plenty of on street parking one block away.
Loved our time in Wilmington in this historic brick ice house! You can't get much closer to the One Tree Hill Bridge. Easy access to the fun downtown museums and breweries! Would love to stay here again!
We loved staying here. Everything was great from the location, cleanliness, space and updated.

About the host
Hosted by Krisiann and Morgan Moskal
We are newlyweds that live locally in northern Wilmington. We absolutely love sharing this community and hosting amazing people from around the world. When we're not working, you can find us with our two beautiful dogs, traveling, boating and having friends around our dinner table.
Why they chose this property
The Independent Ice House building is such a spectacular piece of Wilmington history. When we first walked up to the building we immediately fell in love. The brick walls of this building are so well in tact and the additional of new age artistic murals really give it the character it needs as it rebrands itself as the Indie Ice Loft building. The view of the One Trill Hill bridge is just another charming element to this property. We love to watch visitors photographing the bridge and surrounding areas.
Master has en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Open concept living, exposed brick walls, over sized windows and 9.5 ft ceilings. Everything inside is brand new and beautiful. Kitchen has gorgeous white quartz counter tops with several leather barstools.
What makes this property unique
We have put a lot of love into this home to make sure it is a place to bring friends, family and our guests to Downtown Wilmington. Our hope is that you will enjoy the artistic, music-centric and creative neighborhood. Maybe catch a concert on the river and a craft cocktail.
The back porch is our favorite place to hangout with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. The view of the One Tree Hill bridge is incredible charming.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials for you to cook a meal with family and friends. Make sure to save at least one night to enjoy one of our favorite local restaurants because the food Downtown is GOOD and the drinks are even better.
Both bathrooms are stocked with the best smelling body wash and soft bath towels. Each bedroom has top of the line memory foam mattresses and fresh linens.
In the cooler months, our living room is the perfect place to spend time with friends or by yourself curled up on the couches with your favorite book or a record spinning on the record player. The couch pulls out to a queen bed with a gel foam mattress.
