Look into this tiny romantic studio cabin on a beautiful spring-fed creek. It's brand new, and adorable. Located just 1.9 miles from Lake Catherine State Park. Surrounded by Mountain terrain, wildlife and great country living at it's finest. Great location and perfect for self distancing.
This one room cozy cabin is fully furnished with a 2-burner cook stove top, a small refrigerator, a stand-up shower, beautiful queen size bed, a reclining loveseat in front of a beautiful electric fireplace, a beautiful single soaker air tub for relaxing in bubbles and rose petals.
It truly is all you need for a romantic weekend for two. Come on in and enjoy rocking on the porch by the creek listing to the nature and flowing creek.

Charming Nature Getaway

Everything you need for a break from the busy outside world! We loved the creek, and the cute fish that were waiting for treats (fish food provided by the host!!) The air jet tub was incredible, everything was sorted out easily for guests. It was private, but accessible to everything we wanted to do. You can hear the traffic but we knew that from previous reviews, and it settled down after dark. Definitely will stay again!!

Perfect Place for Relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time to stay here, the cabin is just as described - cozy, quiet, and comfortable.

Great getaway

Very peaceful. Loved the setting. It was definitely what i needed. The bed was super comfortable and with the setting being what it was just added to my well needed rest. Will definitely do it again. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Hated to leave....

Romantic Treetop Cabin on Creek

We loved our romantic stay in Cabin #3. The cabin is well laid out, very clean, and has all the basics for a weekend stay. That said, the creek is where it’s at! We will definitely be back!

Quiet & Cozy

This little red cabin was perfect for my husband and I. The weather didn't cooperate very well, but we loved everything about this place. The view and sounds of the creek is spectacular. By far, much better than a hotel!

Perfect cabin for a quiet getaway!

We were looking for a quiet and serene cabin for a quick weekend getaway. Never visiting Hot Springs before, we really didn’t know what we were getting in to when it came to the ideal location. We were presently surprised. This cabin is right at the entrance to Lake Catherine. It’s 5-7 miles from Lake Hamilton and the south part of Hot Springs. The cabin itself was perfect for what we were looking for. The cabin itself is on the second floor. You can easily drive or back your vehicle under the porch for ease of unloading. The porch faces a creek/ stream. The owner has chairs, camp fire area, and a grill on the ground level and two chairs for enjoying the porch. We were blown away by the inside. Beautiful interior with finished pine along the walls and ceiling. The kitchen has ample space to prepare a meal if you like and the fridge is big enough for leftovers and anything else. The loveseat was perfect for viewing the TV and the fireplace was a nice touch. The queen size bed was the most comfortable we have slept in and we have stayed at multiple 5 star resorts. The soaking tub with air jets was a favorite of my wife and I enjoyed the oversized walk in shower. Our host provided ample kitchen supplies as well as extra blankets. Overall, the cabin was perfect for us and we will return. Only things worth mentioning but not a drawback was there can be some weird popping noises at night due to the cooler temps at night and warmer temps during the day. I assume this is due to the pine ceiling and walls. I will bring my big fan from home for this next time. The host does provide a sound machine but I’m a really light sleeper. The cabin is fairly close to the road that leads to enter Lake Catherine so you can hear some road noise but that was minimal at night. Learn how to use the AC unit if you like it cool. The host has a binder on top of the fridge that covers all the equipment in the cabin. As for booking, it was flawless. I sent a message to the host and got a reply within 30 mins. I’m glad this was my first experience with VBRO and can’t wait to go again to this cabin.

Place was nice and clean

One downfall is that there is no Wi-Fi and extremely poor cell service. This made searching for points of interest, mapping details, texting, calling and emailing (I had work emails to tend to) all but impossible to manage. We had to drive down the road to acquire any type of signal. Not a total deal breaker, but would have been nice to know which direct to travel for meals, sightseeing etc. Other than that the place is nicely equipped for a short stay. Communication was good.

Quiet and comfortable

Cabin was nestled off the beaten path. While there were two other cabins in the area, we never heard each other. It was nice to make a 20 min. drive to food and attractions but then leave it all behind. The cabin was very comfortable INCLUDING the BED. I never sleep well when away but that changed this weekend. Check-in/check out was so simple with wonderful communication from the host. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others looking to stay in/near Hot Springs.
