Completed in 2021, this property offers the best in modern architecture and features along with upscale furniture and finishes designed by the local professionals at Natural Instincts Interior Design. Designed within three floors, the property features a private 2-car garage with ski storage, mud room, private hot tub with spectacular views, two living rooms, two fireplaces, gourmet kitchen with luxury appliances, wet bar, smart tv's and Sonos sound system.

- The Master Bedroom is located on the second floor and features a King bed, fireplace with TV above, spacious ensuite bathroom with heated floor, and walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor and features a King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet
- Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor and features a King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet
- Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level and features a King bed with two Twin beds on a bunk above, TV, and an ensuite bathroom

This property is fully equipped with towels, linens, flatware, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There is a full-size washer and dryer and ample storage space in the kitchen and each bedroom. The private 2-car garage features storage for skis or other equipment and the mud room is a large area to store coats and boots. This new community provides residents with the best of summer and winter activities. In the winter, access to spectacular skiing is a five-minute walk to the lift or a short shuttle ride. Spend the day on the slopes and end the day skiing directly to the property. In the summer, begin your hike or mountain bike ride from your door.

Nice location, not slope-side but you can use canyon shuttle. Close to restaurants and shopping in Park City. House is new and updated. All king beds, en-suite, which was great for our group. Text with management company was great and they respond right away. Would definitely stay again!

The place was absolutely perfect in all ways. The thing that stands out the most was the high end finishes and furniture. It is not typical to see a brand new designer decorated place available as a vaca rental.
