Modern 2.5 room apartment in alpine chic with country house planks in the 2nd Floor with beautiful views of the Jacob Horn and south-west balcony.

The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated in the living-dining area with open fireplace. In addition to a large bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub there is an extra guest toilet.

Bedroom with double bed (2x90cm). Extra bed / cot on request.

Fi throughout the property available and Cable TV with 100 channels, DVD and stereo.

Own garage space and closed ski cellar and elevator directly to the apartment available.

Wellness area with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Additionally table tennis, table football area and playroom for children.

Haus Golfresidenz is centrally located near the congress center and next to the cross-country ski run (free). Shops such as supermarket (Denner & Migros), bakery (Weber) are available around the corner.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Davos
Unser Aufenthalt in Davos hat uns sehr gefallen, er war sehr abwechslungsreich und naturhah, was uns sehr gefällt. Es hat für jedes Wetter eine Attraktion wie bei Sonnenschein eine schöne Wanderung auf dem Eichhörnchenweg zur Schatzalp oder dick eingepackt eine Winterwanderung im Schneetreiben. Davos wir kommen gerne wieder!

Golfresidenz
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage, zwar nicht direkt an der Loipe aber doch mit wenig freiem Ausblick auf die Berge. Gut war der Balkon, die Wohnung hell. Super Zugang zur Garage und Skiraum. Sogar einen Tischtennistisch und ein Pool mit Sauna war vorhanden im Keller. Kleine aber gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Das Bett hat leider zwei separate Matratzen, die sich ständig verschieben. Ein grosses straff gespanntes Fixleintuch hat aber geholfen. Das wäre ein Tipp für den Vermieter 😃. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, wenn die Wohnung nicht teurer wird.

Schöne Zeit in Davos
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, nah an der Loipe und Bus zu den Liften. Ist großzügig geschnitten. Kleine Küche, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung selber hat den Charme der 70er Jahre, aber ist gemütlich. Das Doppelbett mit 2 Matratzen ist etwas unpraktisch, da die Matratzen sich arg verschieben. 2 Matratzen sind ja sonst gut, wenn Bettrahmen die Matratzen hält. Hier gibt es leider keinen Bettrahmen. Das Haus hat einen tollen Pool und ne Saune die 10CHF pP kostet. Garage und Skiraum sind top. Alles in allem hat alles perfekt geklappt. Und wir würden wieder kommen.

Begeisterung
Meine Enkelin und ich haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche erlebt. Es war so schön den Tag mit dem Besuch des Hallenbades zu beenden. Laut dem Infoblatt an der Eintrittstüre, darf nur mit Badekappe gebadet werden. Wir waren aber die einzigen, die sich daran gehalten haben. Migros und Denner befinden sich nur 5 Min. zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Betten haben je eine einzelne Matratze. Ich nehme immer ein 180 cm Fixleintuch mit, so bleiben die Matratzen beisammen und es entsteht das Gefühl, dass man in einem Doppelbett liegt.Die Beschreibung der Wohnung des Vermieters ist sehr korrekt. Meine Enkelin möchte nur noch in dieser Wohnung die Ferien verbringen.

Schöne, saubere, komfortable Wohnung in einmaliger Lage
Die Informationen durch den Vermieter vor Anreise sind sehr detailliert und ermöglichen einen absolut entspannten Start. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und schnell. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sauber, die Wohnung geräumig und bietet alles was man brauchen könnte. Ofen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Maschine (Nespresso). Keine Mikrowelle. Der Balkon läd zum entspannen ein. Fernseher (mit HDMI für Chromecast) und WLAN sind vorhanden und funktionieren gut. Die Lage könnte für Wander-, Fahrrad- oder Golf-Urlaub nicht besser sein. Der Golfplatz ist gleich nebenan. Viele Bergbahnen sind zu Fuss erreichbar (Schatzalp, Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Rinerhorn), Gotschna und Madrisa Bahn (Klosters) sehr einfach und schnell per Zug. Die Bahnhöfe Davos Dorf und Davos Platz sind jeweils etwas mehr als 1km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss leicht erreichbar (weniger als 1km). Die Gästekarte kostet 5.50 CHF pro Tag und Person. Wenn man das Auto stehen lässt und die Berg-Bahnen täglich nutzt, ist die Investition schnell wieder drin. Der Zug ist dann kostenlos, die Bergbahnen sehr günstig (10 CHF Berg und Tal). Der Urlaub in dieser Wohnung war traumhaft, wir empfehlen sie uneingeschränkt weiter.

Perfect Davos Experience
Booked this location for my first trip to Davos. The location was wonderful and the host, Steffen was excellent! He responded quickly to messages and anticipated all needs with lists for great local spots. Hoping to return to Davos and stay at this place again.

Saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit zugehörigem Hallenbad als Highlight!
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, relativ hochwertig sowie praktisch eingerichtet und gut gepflegt - man merkt, dass der Vermieter die Wohnung selbst auch nutzt und sich entsprechend darum kümmert. Der Platz reicht für eine Familie mit Kind im Grundschulalter ganz gut aus (unser Sohn hat auf einem Zustellbett im Schlafzimmer geschlafen). Das Hallenbad konnten wir trotz Covid-19 täglich nutzen, es war ziemlich groß und auch schon beim Einstieg ziemlich tief (kleinere Kinder können da kaum mehr stehen und sollten daher gut schwimmen können). Badekappen nicht vergessen, die sind vorgeschrieben! Die Golfresidenz befindet sich genau zwischen Davos Platz und Dorf, beides ist mit dem Bus schnell erreicht. Da man von Davos mit der Rhätischen Bahn und der Gästekarte eigentlich alle Ziele zwischen Filisur und Klosters umsonst erreicht, haben wir das Auto nicht einen Tag benutzt. Auch die Bergbahnen sind mit der Gästekarte ziemlich günstig. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und nichts vermisst. Vielen Dank an Herr Bassler für die freundliche Kommunikation und sehr schnellen Antworten!

Gut ausgestattete, große Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fernseher ohne HDMI Anschluss - daher Anschluss Laptop nicht möglich. Kommunikation hinsichtlich Kosten der Gästekarten leider im Vorfeld missverständlich.

very nice view
very nice cozy apartment. had everything we needed. very much enjoyed the beautiful view of the jacobshorn and stream of water. very calm and relaxing especially in the quiet evening hours. close to supermarkets and bus stops. also found the pool very enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location!
Davos is a great town and this residence is a perfect place to stay during any length trip. I stayed for nearly a full month and felt at home. The apartment has a great ambiance and is located conveniently in the middle of town. Quick walk to both the Dorf and Platz stations, which was helpful. Was staying in town for altitude training and the apartment is close to the town’s track and multiple trails. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Eins sollte nur in der Vorinfo gesagt werden, dass man im Schwimbad eine Badekappe braucht.

Schöne Wohnung
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Bei der Ankunft hat alles geklappt. In der Wohnung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Sauna im Haus hat auch dank des sehr netten Hauswartes einwandfrei funktioniert. Gerne wieder.

Great place to stay in Davos!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this spacious 1 bedroom condo. Great for a family travelling with 2 young children. The owner also had the condo very well stocked with many of the basics that you need. If you are attending a conference in Davos, this is an ideal location, very central to the conference centre. Also central for tram access! There is also an onsite care taken who is amazingly helpful. I 100% recommend this condo!

Ruhig, komfortabel, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen
Wir waren im Sommer in der Golfresidenz. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, inkl. des Pools. Davos Platz und Davos Dorf sind in wenigen Haltestellen bzw. zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer ist die Benutzung der Busse, der Züge und der Bergbahnen in Davos-Klosters in der Gästetaxe enthalten. In der Nähe hatten wir einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Als kleine Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind) hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht auf den Jakobshorn gefallen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Super Wohnung, hat unserer Erwartungen weit übertroffen!
Es handelt sich um eine liebevoll eingerichtete eichnen in bester Lage in Davos. Super eingerichtete Küche, tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung und Sonnenbalkon. Sauna (10 Franken) und Schwimmbad (kostenlos nutzbar) sind im Haus vorhanden. Wir waren total begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
