Accommodation located in the suburbs: front of the house, the city, behind the house meadows and fields. The motorway is nearby, can be seen through a noise barrier or hear about. The road is only accessible to residents, so no through traffic. The apartment has a covered terrace and an approximately 400sqm large, landscaped garden with a small pond. From the apartment you have a view of the city. The garden and the terrace are not overlooked. Parking space in the land, and outside parking. Pleasant neighborhood!

Stadtnah in schöner Umgebung
Wir haben unsere Zeit in Bayreuth sehr genossen und die ansprechende Ferienwohnung trug ihren Teil dazu bei. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind separat und somit völlig ungestört. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Diese Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Bayreuth zum Wohlfühlen
Diese grosszügige und gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung mit eigener Terasse und Garten liegt nähe der Autobahnausfahrt Bayreuth Süd in einer ruhigen Strasse ohne Lärmbelastigung.Parken auf dem Grundstück ist möglich.250 Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Edeka und Netto.Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme.Der freundliche Vermieter wohnt im Haus und is immer erreichbar

Séjour pour le festival de Bayreuth
En vacances pour une semaine à l'occasion du festival de Bayreuth, nous avons pleinement apprécié ce séjour, idéalement situé, très proche du centre de Bayreuth, et en même temps au calme, d'une propreté impeccable, et doté de tous les équipements nécessaires. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse ^pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Schöne und großzügige Wohnung
Zur Wohnung: War alles bestens! Der Kontakt mit der Fewo-Anbieterin war sehr freundlich. Auf Anfragen und Bitten wurde sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wlan vorhanden, zwei Fernseher, bequeme Betten etc. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Zum Umfeld: Große Straße in der Nähe. Ein gewisses Verkehrsrauschen bei geöffnetem Fenster stets da. Blick auf Bayreuth ins Tal wunderbar, jedoch durch Bayreuths Tallage sammelt sich der ganze Lärm und den hört man dann eben dort oben. Aber das wird in und um Bayreuth wohl an vielen Orten so sein. Wir kamen ohne Auto. In der Woche fahren 2 Buslinien Colmdorf an, die 302 und die 307. Von Bushaltestelle bis zur Fewo 7-10 min zu Fuß. Am Sonntag allerdings bis Nachmittag gar kein Öpnv! Und dann ab Nachmittag auch nur bis zum frühen Abend. Wir sind dann am Sonntag morgen zu Fuß zum Hbf. Man braucht bei normalem Schritt ohne viel Gepäck 40 min. Edeka und Netto 8 min zu Fuß entfernt.

schöner Aufenthalt
Wir konnten mit dem Fahrrad von der Wohnung problemlos auf asphaltierte Fahrradwege in einer schönen Parklandschaft bis in die Innenstadt fahren, sowie diese als Ausgangspunkt für längere Touren zB auf Bahntrassen, nutzen. In der Wohnung hat alles gepasst. Eine Bratpfanne wäre schön gewesen, aber es ging mit den vielen Töpfen auch gut. Der Aufenthalt im Garten war untertags schön, Abends hört man die Autobahn mehr.

Wunderbare Unterkunft
In der Ferienwohnung habe ich mich bei meinem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, mit ebenerdigen separaten Zugang. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Trotz der nahen Autobahn ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum von Bayreuth und einige andere Ziele ließen sich auch gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolle Wohnung am Stadtrand
Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren beiden Jungs (7 und 10) in Beyreuth. Um Beyreuth die fränkische Schweiz und Umgebung zu erkunden ist die Wohnung genau das richtige. Sie liegt sehr zentral zur Stadt (Altstadt 30min zu Fuß, 6 min Auto) und dennoch sehr ruhig auf einem kleinen Berg. Alles ist super schnell zu erreichen. Fazit: Genau richtig für eine Woche.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung beinhaltet wirklich Alles was man braucht - die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung - die Stadtrandlage fanden wir sehr angenehm. Die meisten Ziele sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Bayreuth und die nähere Umgebung sind wirklich sehenswert und wer wie wir in der Nacht die Ruhe genießen möchte ist diese Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.
