Einige Schwachpunkte

Das Haus ist zwar neu, wirkt aber an einigen Stellen ungepflegt/lieblos. Spinnweben vor den Fenstern, Gartenmöbel dreckig, unaufgeräumte Rumpelkammer neben der Küche, ungepflegter Garten (Rasen halb gemäht). Der „Vorgarten“ ist eine unebene Schotterpiste: Rohre ragen aus dem Boden, der Wasseranschluss befindet sich mitten auf der Garagenauffahrt. Und aktuell fällt der Blick ggü direkt auf eine chaotische Baustelle. Außerdem wäre ein aktiver Hinweis gut gewesen, dass es KEIN Wifi gibt. Ach ja: Einige der Fotos in der Hausbeschreibung gehören zum Nebenhaus - das ist irreführend.
