The house on two floors can accommodate up to 6 people, it is composed of 2 bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed. The huge living room / kitchen / dining room upstairs is equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed and a terrace with seaview. The house has a shared entrance.

I will not be present but the entire We care Conciergerie team will guide you during your stay. They are online every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You will be in a residential area where there are lots of stairs in a typical Beausoleil area.
Beausoleil town center is very close. You now have the possibility of returning from the city center via an escalator.
In the city center of Beausoleil you will find everything you need from the supermarket, local restaurants, to the hairdresser. Monaco being at the Beausoleil junction, you will arrive in the Monte-Carlo district in 5/6 minutes. The luxurous Larvotto beach of Monaco, with nice beach restaurants and clubs, is a leisurely walk of 10-15 minutes away. The Monabike plan will allow you to fully explore Beausoleil, Monaco and Cap d’Ail by bicycle.

the house is available to guests and located on 2 floors. The stairs can be dangerous for small children so they are not recommended in this rental for this reason.

be careful the house is located in a fairly typical area of Beausoleil where the street is sloping and where you will find stairs everywhere. Access is therefore not convenient for people with mobility problems.

The apartment does not have parking. You can park in the street above when there are places for an amount of around 15€ per day.
Access to the city center being very easy, you can also benefit from the car parks in the city center.

You will like this house for its calm, its elegance, the proximity of the city center of Beausoleil which is a few minutes from Monaco.
From the house you can do a lot on foot since newly installed escalators will easily take you to the town center of Beausoleil which is 2 minutes from Monaco.

There are two entrances to the property since the house is adjoining another, each house has its own entrance but both entrances are passable

The house is composed of an entrance which leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The right bedroom is bright and you have a double bed with storage. The room on the left is made up of a very comfortable sofa bed that is permanently open in bed mode. There you will also find storage
The shower room is on this floor and is composed of a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The house also has a separate laundry room.

On the 1st floor you will find a huge living room nicely decorated, composed of a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, central island with a bar, a beautiful dining table, a small office desk, a comfortable lounge area which opens onto a pretty terrace sea view where you will find a table to eat.

It should be noted that the stairs leading upstairs are dangerous for young children. The house has a fibre internet connection.

there is no parking with the house. You have a metered parking area in the street above around 10€/day with the Indigo Neo app.
The nearest car park is the secure Liberation car park in the center of Beausoleil around 25€/day, you can reserve a space using the indigo app.
If you come by train (also from Nice airport) you will have to walk about 12 minutes to reach the house, you can at the station pick up a bus that will take you to the center of Beausoleil then you can take the escalators.
By car or taxi you are 38 minutes from Nice airport.

Sheets and towels are provided during the rental as well as an arrival kit to allow you to start your vacation. In this kit you will find shampoos and soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 classic Nespresso capsules, 1 garbage bag.

The cleaning costs include the cleaning that you will not have to do at the end of the stay and the rental of sheets and towels
