With a surface area of 65 m² and three large balconies, this spacious apartment, just renovated, will offer you a prime location during your stay. Its entrance serves two beautiful bedrooms with wardrobes, a shower room composed of a large walk-in shower and finally a toilet. Thanks to its south-west exposure, its living space offers you a constant brightness and allows you to access both balconies. Family and friendly, it is composed of a dining area, a sitting area with a library and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen (with a filtered coffee maker), which will allow you to concoct good dishes during your stay. Open to the living space, it brings a real friendly atmosphere to the apartment.
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, a private garage completes this exceptional product in a prime location.
