Yell is a warm and very well located apartment that will suit both couples and families.

The space :

Family and friendly, this newly renovated apartment will be an excellent base for discovering our beautiful Brittany ! Everything has been designed to facilitate your stay and make it as warm as possible. Ideally located, it will give you access to the joys of shops in the center and town-close as well as beaches on foot.

After a beautiful day of discovery, its terrace, adjoining the living space and facing south-west, will allow you to enjoy the last rays of the sun and to finish your day well.

Its kitchen, very functional and well equipped will offer you everything you need to concoct good meals (with a Nespresso capsule coffee maker). Open to the living space, it brings a real friendly atmosphere to the apartment. A cozy living space composed of a dining table, a sofa bed, and a piece of furniture with TV.

The master bedroom is equipped with new and quality bedding, dressing room, TV and office space. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, which can accommodate two children.

The bathroom is composed of a vanity unit and a large walk-in shower and the toilet is separate. For greater privacy, they are located at the entrance of the apartment, away from the living space.
