Atypical, spacious and located a 5-minute walk from our beautiful Close City it will be the perfect home for your stay in Brittany.

The space :

This completely redesigned and rehabilitated LOFT will seduce you with its atypical industrial-style interior. Located in the city center of Concarneau, it will allow you to fully enjoy museums, restaurants, shops, beaches [...] on foot. Thanks to its ceiling height and its four bay windows, the main room is very pleasant to stay in, it is bright and spacious. In addition it will give you direct access to the terrace or you can have lunch around the table or just rest in the chairs available to you. Thanks to its fully equipped kitchen (with a filter coffee machine), let your imagination run wild by cooking your favorite dishes. Dine on a beautiful solid suar table, an exceptional creation made of a single piece of wood. On this same tray you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a "night area" with a double bed. These sleeping areas are partitioned by magnificent custom-made canopies that allow you to have a deep view of the entire property. Each canopy is equipped with blackout blinds, so you can use them to get the brightness and privacy that's right for you. You will also find on this tray a bathroom consisting of a microjet balneo shower as well as a separate toilet.


Some important details before your reservation :
You should know that the loft is an atypical place hidden under the rooftops of the city and accessible by a steep staircase. We do not recommend the loft for people who have difficulty moving or who are too sensitive to noise. Located near the port we sometimes have gulls that land on the roof to resume their flight ... Caucasus or embarrassing to you to decide ;)


Linen rental:
Our concierge offers you the rental of linens for the duration of your stay : Set of sheets + bath towels: €20 per bed.
Bed size: 1 bed 140/200 and 1 bed 160/200.
