Nice location. Building work an issue

On arrival it was disappointing to find that the balcony was unusable. The property is currently undergoing external renovation and unluckily there are scaffold boards through the middle of the balcony making it impossible to use. The balcony was a significant part of our selection and to not have this available was a major issue. Key collection from a lock box on the other side of the street which was somewhat unusual and when we raised issues I do not feel they were listened to. It was clear the balcony issues was known about in advance and was not clearly communicated on the booking site. On the plus side the inside of the property was clean and well presented. The location is excellent with a bus stop outside and good frequent public transport links. Local shop is a short walk with all items you may require.
