Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Retreat by the Sea offers modern accommodations with stunning views of Cape San Blas peninsula where St Joseph Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. The views will WOW you as will the comfortable living arrangements with 3 king bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & double balconies. Beautifully appointed décor throughout will lift spirits as will easy access to the iconic Lookout Lounge & Package; directly across the street. Beach access does not get any closer than this, BEACHFRONT!

Whether it's morning coffee or burgers from the charcoal grill, alfresco dining options are as plentiful as the views. Choose to relax on the lower, covered patio with an outdoor shower or opt for better views from the 2nd floor balcony. The 3rd floor master bedroom offers private access to an additional second balcony. Easily gaze down miles of coastline from East to West, Port St. Joe, St. Joe Beach, to Mexico Beach and the Cape in the distance.

Fully functional open concept between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining room table is bench style with seating for 8. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with dishes and utensils. A starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending upon the length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased. Appliances are all stainless, and best of all, beach/water views!

Wonderful Stay

My best friend and I came from CA and absolutely loved our condo there. It was clean, adorably decorated, peaceful, spacious, and had a stunning view. Everything we needed was already stocked. From booking it, to checking in, and leaving, it was all very easy. Thank you! We look forward to returning next year!!

St Joe Beach Perfection!

Well furnished & clean condo! We enjoyed the direct beach access and sitting area under the house. The bunkbed was a hit for the kids! There was a liquor store & bar directly across the street and food trucks & a Dollar General were a walkable distance. We will be back!

Super Chill

We have been to Florida many times but never to Port St. Joe. We loved it! Very laid back and feels like you are there with a bunch of residents instead of tourists. The beach is a short walk and was never crowded. We will be back!

We loved our stay. Everything was just great. Even though the weather wasn’t the best. We still enjoyed the views, the great seafood in the area and just being at the beach… Thank you for being a fabulous host!!

We loved the location of our unit, which was well maintained, immaculately clean and professionally decorated in a beachy farmhouse style. We enjoyed the covered porch underneath to stash our beach gear and for early morning and late evening conversation with the wonderful sea breeze. Brittney from New Wave made our check-in, check-out and even staying an extra day seamless. We could not have asked for better customer service! We loved the vibe of this small town and found wonderful local restaurants every evening. These folks are truly resilient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay here - walking distance to food trucks, package store, cute little bar. Easy bike ride to a great park and restaurants. Townhome had all we needed for a long weekend. Master bath doors don't close and the floor boards have some large gaps, but otherwise, this is a great place to relax and catch up with family and friends, cook out, and watch the sunset from the balcony. Several gathering places in the home, plus the beach is right out the door!

Reviewer Comments: Nice stay on the beach, property location is great, it would be nice to have some throw rugs in doorways, it would sure help control sand on the floors. Overall nice place, management very receptive to dryer not working, however, it was never completely fixed. Hopefully a new one will be installed.

Pleased for the most part

We enjoyed our stay very much at Retreat By the Sea. The kitchen was well stocked and the short walk to the beach was amazing!! There were two things we were unhappy with. I'll share these because I think you would want to change them for future guests. 1-the towels in the bathrooms were few and very very thin and used. 2-I'm sure at least two of the king beds had sand in them when we got in them the first night. Other than that, we were very pleased.

The Perfect Get Away

Retreat by the Sea was the perfect get away for my family of seven. We enjoyed being close to the water, having plenty of outdoor seating, having all the kitchen appliances we needed, being in a great location, having plenty of privacy, and sleeping very comfortably. I highly recommend Retreat by the Sea to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip!

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely comfortable townhouse on a beautiful beach. Easy check-in and out with the personal code. Great water pressure in the showers and outdoor hose/shower. Really nice outdoor furniture on the parking level to enjoy the breeze and sound of the waves without the sun. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. There was even tin foil, salt/pepper, etc. We stayed Sunday to Thursday so the bar across the street wasn't loud in the two street side bedrooms. Weekends may be different. A fan for white noise helped hide noises from outside. I'd recommend bringing your own sheets if you prefer them soft and staying on. The fitted sheets provided are not soft and don't have elastic on the long side so they ride up. I'm glad I packed a bath mat to put beside the bed to wipe sand off since there are no rugs. No bath mats for the showers either if you prefer those. The little towel worked fine though. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I'd rent again in a heartbeat. This property is the sixth from the left if looking from the beach.
