Welcoming, decorated in Provencal style and with a beautiful view, the house offers:
- 4 bedrooms with double bed and 6 single beds ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub, two with showers) ;
- a lounge and dining area with a large table and chairs;
- 2 large terraces with splendid views over the Bay of Saint-Tropez;
- a large garden and 2 parking spaces.

Its quiet location and proximity to the sea and beach are particularly appreciated.

For a pleasant stay, you'll enjoy: Wi-Fi, television, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The villa is in a private estate with secure entrance and is ideally located:
- 800 meters from the sea;
- Nearby markets and shops (Les Issambres or Sainte Maxime).

For everyday shopping, a "SPAR" supermarket is just a 7-minute drive away.

During your stay, you can enjoy a wide range of activities, including the pleasures of the Mediterranean Sea:
- beaches, paddle rentals, sailing school in Les Issambres ;

## Emplacement
Sainte-Maxime doesn't just live and breathe in summer; in winter, the mimosa festival and the oil festival are very important. The richly preserved flora and fauna of the area can be explored on a number of hiking trails, a delight for nature lovers. And after a long walk to the Pointe des Sardinaux, what better way to pamper yourself than at the thalassotherapy center. In summer, do as everyone else does: enjoy an aperitif in a beach restaurant, then dine to the sound of the rolling waves, without worrying about what time it is.
