Our townhome is a Perfect Base to Explore the area! We have a Very Spacious Two Story End Unit with 2 Bedroom / 2 Baths Fully Furnished for All your Needs Including: New King Size beds, Stocked Kitchen, Free High Speed Wifi, Cable, Netflix and Roku TV's with an Open Concept and Cathedral Ceilings.
There are 2 Outdoor Spaces: On the Upper Deck to Enjoy your Morning Cup of Java watching the Sun Slowly Rise Overhead. In the Evenings Meander to the Lower Level Patio where the Fire Pit awaits you to Enjoy your Evenings with a Glass of Wine or on those Cooler Nights Roasting Marshmellows Under the Stars. Then come inside where you'll find the Perfect area for Family Games or a Movie Nite.
We've created a Work Area with Desk and some Sunshine (as long as Mother Nature Cooperates) to complete your work for the perfect Staycation/Location!
What we love about our place it has a home away from home feel, Creating a Relaxing Atmosphere with Extra Space for Everyone to Stretch-out Indoors and Outdoors after a day of exploring the SAUGLASVILLE area (SAUgatuck - douGLAS - fennVILLE) has to offer, whether it's a rainy day or time to veg out after all the days activities, there is space everywhere for everyone.

The Entrance is around the corner on North Street (just past Maple Str. on the left you'll see the Fire Hydrant and then Peterson Pathway) that will lead you thru the preserve with an abundance of wildlife and a quiet stroll /shortcut (Approx..10-15 minute walk) into town.... To Find everything Saugatuck has to offer:
Unique Shops/Boutiques, Cafes/Restaurants, Fudge/IceCream, Wine and Whiskey Tasting, Art Galleries and Activities Galore, here are a "few" other things to do in and around the area :
*The Historical Chain Ferry (in season)that will take you over to
*Mt.Baldy for a Climb-up the 302 Steps to a 360 degree of Breath-Taking Views of Lake Michigan to the west and then you can see...
*The renowned Oval Beach (take a hike down the Dune to the beach, but remember what goes down must come up -- I challenge you 😂?). Then take a look to the east to see....
*Our Quaint Saugatuck/Douglas towns on the Kalamazoo River with boats rambling along. or....

Blue Star Bungalow has all the comforts of home with a no stress lifestyle. It is conveniently located to both Saugatuck and Douglas Downtown shopping, restaurants and activities for all ages. Easy access and minutes away by car, bike or walk into town. Play a round of Putt-Putt golf down the road, or an evening stroll to Penny Royale who was just named in Conde Nest. Maybe spark your creativity at the Art Barn or explore the Breweries and Wineries. UPICK at Crane Orchards or the Corn Maze in the late summer and early fall.
