Wonderful place in Kolea
Amazing two bedroom / bathroom unit with a large fully equipped kitchen and living room. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach. The owner and manager were great and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Upscale condo on beautifully manicured property across from scenic beach
Upscale condo with lots of marble and hardwood. Welcoming, homey feel. The grounds as well as neighborhood has resort look. Short walk to outdoor shopping mall and a market. Across the street from condo is the resort like club house with access to private beach next to larger public beach.

Absolutely beautiful condo with every amenity you could dream of! Beautiful view from lani and packed kitchen and beach toy closet! Wonderful owners who were super accommodating and property manager that was responsive and helpful! Would recommend to all families wanting a beautiful and clean stay with easy beach access to A-bay!

Large, clean and perfectly placed condo
The condo was a good size for our family, perfect location walking distance to the beach club and beach. While there isn’t an ocean vista, there was a good view out over towards the Marriott next door with festive tiki torches. Super clean, great kitchen space and VERY comfortable beds. Wonderful hosts as well - responsive, thoughtful, and they even had Christmas decorations up (and we visited two days after Thanksgiving!). Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful 15H
We’ve been coming to the Big Island for 13 years and staying in Kolea. We’ve stayed in a number of different units but we really enjoyed 15H. The unit is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The view of A-Bay is stunning! We already booked for 2 months next year. The owner and property manager are excellent and handle promptly any issue that arise. It’s a great property!

Paradise found on the Big Island!
My husband, toddler daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Big Island vacation rental. The place looked even better than in the photos! It was well stocked and everything was laid out in an easy-to-find manner. The location was incredible, right by the beach and many great restaurants and shops. We greatly appreciated having private beach access, as well as a gorgeous pool and clubhouse. Hosts were very friendly and super communicative. My only regret is not being able to stay for longer!

Communication with manager from start to finish was easy and we always received a quick response. The property is well maintained and the home itself was beyond what we expected. Clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with all the necessities. We didn’t visit the beach or pool during our two day stay but enjoyed our morning and evening walks Aron’s the lovely resort.

Such a memorable family vacation. Beautiful quiet condo in a gated community, infinity pool, big jacuzzi, childrens waterfall shallow pool, turtles in the beach, warm clear blue water, huge bedrooms, great air conditioning, fab location close to hikes, snorkeling & horse riding…I could go on! Honestly is THE BEST!

Our stay at the Villa de Aloha was the perfect ending of our visit to the Big Island. It provided a comfortable and relaxing final five days for our 11-day trip. EJ was very accommodating of our needs and extremely responsive to our email and text messages. The condo is set up with the visitor in mind with clear labeling of cabinets, switches and general instructions. The unit is large, clean and spacious and in excellent shape. Highly recommend this unit and location if looking for convenient access to both the pool and beach.

From the moment you walk in this place is perfection. Beautiful, clean, AC was amazing. The pool and beach access was so, so perfect. Privacy of the 2 bedrooms. Spacious all the way around. Just really so so beautiful. I do have to say, the pictures on line do not do it justice. Nearby plazas are so perfect. Went grocery shoppi g but also ate out and everything was so nice and convenient. So blessed to have fou d this treasure. We would LOVE to return! Oh, almost forgot....teenagers legt behind all their souvenirs they had bought for friends back home and owners reached out and then mailed them to us. So sweet! They deserve 10 stars. They went above and beyond and we were SO impressed. Mahalo a million times over!

Great long weekend.
Location of condo is good and short walk to pool and beach. Beach has lounge chairs available for use for free. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Dishwasher was not working but owner warned us in advance and provided disposable dishes and made other accommodations for us like letting us check in early. Kitchen is adequately stocked. Knives are adequate but vegetable peeler is useless. BBQ works great and was clean. Shower knobs a little hard to figure out but shower was good. Wifi great. Two beach chairs provided were nice touch. Overall we’d come back and would have liked to stay longer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was as advertised, lots of space and well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. Two things that took away from our stay: 1) The fitness centre wasn't really a fitness centre. Four cardio machines isn't a fitness centre. I was expecting to see a dumbbell rack, bench and possibly a cable machine at the very least. I would have liked to have known this in advance as I want to be able to work out while on vacation. 2) Not having an adults only area was an issue. When we had a chance to sit in the clubhouse area when it was quiet, this spot was perfect. When the pool filled with children it took away from the relaxing ambiance. It's unfortunate there isn't an adults only area so that all parties can make the most of their stay. As mentioned, we liked the unit and the location and would consider coming back but we're going to check other locations as well.

Amazing location close to beach and pool
Super spacious condo that was more than enough for the four of us. Great kitchen and grill area made for easy homemade meals. Infinity pool was awesome and a short walk to the beach for snorkeling or just laying in the sun and sand. Would highly recommend this vacation spot!!
