Located on the south coast of Brittany, Carnac is a must for nature lovers, history buffs and lovers of idyllic beaches. Renowned for its famous menhirs, this charming town offers a unique blend of historical heritage, breathtaking landscapes and Breton traditions. Nestled at the western end of Carnac, the district of Saint-Colomban is a discreet pearl that charms with its authenticity and tranquility
Apartment with sea view, located on the 1st floor, 50 m from the beach of Saint-Colomban. The village is 2.5 km, the Centre-Plage, its shops and services and the Yacht-Club are located about 2 km.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.
Spacious apartment of 60 m², offering a pleasant sea view. Long balcony from which to enjoy the view of the bay of Quiberon.
Entry with clearance. Large living room, very bright with open kitchen fully equipped (fridge freezer, combined oven/ microwave, ceramic hob 4 fires, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster).
Bedroom with 140 cm bed, storage cupboard, overlooking the balcony on the east side.
Bedroom with bunk beds of 80 cm, storage cupboard.
Shower room. separate toilet.
Balconies to the east and west, garden furniture.
Shelter for storing bicycles, strollers or small nautical equipment. Free street parking
