Cozy Ocean Lakes Rental.


At this time we are not taken bookings for the 2025 year. Doing some remodeling hopefully. 5525 on Tern Drive at Ocean Lakes. Perfect for small family. SUNDAY TO SUNDAY FULL WEEK RENTALS FOR SUMMER.
Camper add on with living room (sofa sleeper), kitchen(washer and dryer area), one bathroom, two bedrooms (full bed in one and a twin top bunk with full bottom). Other items Microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, plates, WiFi, porch with chairs, and charcoal grill. MINIMUM RENTAL AGE 25 YEARS OLD, RESPONSIBLE PARTY MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. NO PETS, SMOKING AND VAPING. We do not provide linens, towels, paper products, and golf cart rentals (rentals available thru Ocean Lakes). Parking passes $12 per day per car payable to Ocean Lakes.

The house is cute. A little outdated and the shower doesnt drain well. Overall we had a good time. Has all the pots and pans we needed. I liked that it had a washer and dryer. The beds were okay to sleep in. I like the location its more quiet. The tv are small but the kids dis not mind.
