Gite of 55m² on the ground floor & first floor, with entrance and independent exterior. This opens onto the spacious and cozy living room consisting of the kitchen open to the dining area and the cozy living room with a convertible corner sofa. At this level, we find the complete sanitary facilities: Italian shower, sink and WC. Upstairs, we discover the beautiful bedroom with a Zen atmosphere (1 180x200 bed which can be transformed into 2 90 cm beds upon request from the owner). To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided. Nestled on the hillside, gîte in an outbuilding of this former wine estate dating from the end of the 19th century, renovated into a guest house and independent furnished accommodation. Located in the forecourt, the accommodation has a spacious, intimate 30m² terrace where you will be in total tranquility to enjoy the gentle Roanne countryside. You will appreciate the outdoor spaces and the common facilities of the property: a pretty little above-ground wooden swimming pool (open depending on the weather from June to September), life on the farm with the chickens and horses, moments of relaxation under the shade of the lime trees, ... (note: facade & exteriors currently being finished). Access to the wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) is independent and is not included in the price of the gîte. The price is 10€/hour per person, to be paid directly to the owners.
