Magnificent villa with private swimming pool in the heart of the old village of L'Escala.
This house has been completely renovated in a very warm modern style. Its geographical location allows you to have access to all amenities without taking the car.
A stone's throw from the heart of the old fishing village of L'escala, you will have access to the heavenly beaches of San Marti with its "Xiringuito", as well as the village beaches with its bars, restaurants and shops.
The villa has a very beautiful private swimming pool with access through a bay window.
On the ground floor a large living room with modern open kitchen.
On the same level, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
The villa has a garage.
The first floor is made up of 4 very beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
L'Escala is a small fishing village located south of the Gulf of Rosas on the Costa Brava. Its coast is heavenly with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocks, pine trees...and crystal clear water offering a dazzling spectacle.
The region is rich in activities, whether sporting or cultural.
Nearby you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona or Girona.
For your stay, sheets and towels are provided (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any information or problems.
