My wife and I spent the weekend at the property for a Steelhead fishing trip. The property was new, clean, and well-kept. We greatly appreciated the laundry, and all the supplies we needed were present, so we didn't have to bring or buy any household items. If you are in the area and looking for a rental, I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the owners!
Me and my family had a steelhead fishing trip and luckily we were blessed to find Patrick’s listing. Not only is it beautiful inside and out, but he and his wife are amazing hosts. Super friendly, and understanding. The house has basically everything you could possibly need which just showcases their generosity, me and the family will definitely book here again. Thank you again and for bless!
We are so glad to find out how close the house was to the trails. House had all we needed. Great communication with the owner. We very much appreciate his helpfulness with our arrival time. Hoping to have great snow again next year to return!
Very nice place! Easy to find, close to a park, a couple resturants, gas station/store, excellent bon fire area and lots of trails! Loved it! Will definitely book again!
This is the second year we have stayed here while fishing the Manistee River. It's a good comfortable home that meets all of our requirements. I highly recommend.
A little more residential than we anticipated but the home was beautiful and the host easily communicated details needed for check in. Very clean and brand new home. Enjoyed our stay
My husband and I enjoyed this home. We were happy with the location and the property, we will definitely go back. Everything was in good order, (minus the grill, and I am sure they will tend to that, it may have just needed gas).
This is a 5 star plus property! My husband and I use VRBO every time we go away and this property is by far the best one we used. Patrick was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. It was clean, well stocked, in a great location for our purposes and very comfortable. I would absolutely book this property over and over again.
Perfect location for our fishing trip this fall. Clean and comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest would be allowing the thermostat to be set lower than 70 degrees.
This place still appears brand new. It's Simple and perfect!! And everything our family of four needed to get away for a few days during spring break! They even have a circle drive to accommodate those towing boats!
We've stayed in a bunch of VRBO homes and never had the excellent communication and understanding that we received during this particular stay!!!

It's been a dream for me a longtime to have a cabin by Manistee River. I can remember my dad taking me when I was really little. I want to try and pass the memories on to others so they can have long lasting memories. The great outdoors does a lot for our kid's and adults that might never get a chance to experience it.
