The house is situated in a quiet residential area with no traffic, especially suitable for families with children. The city center and the beaches are within 5 minutes walking..
The house is modern Andalusian style. The rooms are designed open, so you can stay there together with the whole family, even when cooked.
Two beautifull terrazes for lunch outdoors at the garden, near to the barbacue. The back garden is perfect with trees and a swimming pool to relax. In order to succeed with children, there are two safety gates that separate the two gardens when needed.

Family mini break

The villa was at a great location, just a short stroll from the city center and nearby stores. It was well furnished with three spacious double bedrooms, and a basement that with five beds and direct access to the pool and garden area. The garden was well maintained, and the pool was of a generous size and clean. The owner was very accommodating, and our stay went off without any issues. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Lovely villa - very well equipped and such a helpful host

We loved staying at this villa and were amazed at how well equipped it was and the great range of essentials available to us. The pool was smaller than we thought and we didn’t get to use it but well maintained and am sure it would be amazing for when you return from days out on very hot days ! Sehr schönes Haus unweit des Zentrums und des Strandes

Schönes Haus mit Pool, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann. Rafa hat uns (2 Familien mit 4 Kindern von 5 - 11 J.) sehr freundlich empfangen. Kuchen für die Kinder und Pastete für die Erwachsenen standen bereit, er hat kurz alles erklärt und war später jederzeit erreichbar. Als wir eines Tages Probleme mit dem Heißwasser hatten, kamen 15 Min. nach Kontaktaufnahme mit ihm Handwerker! Es ist nur ein kurzer Weg ins Zentrum und auch der Strand ist schnell erreicht. In der Nachbarschaft sind zwei Supermärkte, so dass man morgens zu Fuss Brötchen besorgen kann. Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Haus genossen!

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit drei Kindern (8Monate,3&4 Jahre) bei Rafael zu Gast. Er liess uns schon morgens ins Haus und hatte Kuchen besorgt, ausserdem gabs eine kurze geführte Tour mit dem Auto durch die Stadt mit vielen Tipps für Restaurants, Cafés etc. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, alles vorhanden und viel Platz für die Kinder. Die Lage ist auch toll, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, ca 15-20min Fussweg mit leichter Steigung, aber es lohnt sich, denn Strand und Meer sind super. Rafael ist ein toller Gastgeber und das Haus absolut zu empfehlen.

Wonderful villa in great location

We love this villa and have been coming or many years. The owner is constantly updating and improving. Every year he adds something new. The location is perfect. Very quiet but minutes from the shops, town and beaches. Conil is a beautiful place.

Impresionante Chalet, ideal para ir con niños. Muy bien situado.

El chalet está completamente equipado y en un estado excelente. La distribución del inmueble y el jardín hace que sea ideal para ir con niños, puesto que además dispone de una gran estancia con camas que incluye zona de juegos que resulta muy divertida. La piscina está perfectamente conservada y mantenida, y además cuenta con medidas de seguridad para evitar sustos. En cuanto al equipamiento del inmueble, es muy completo (lavadora, lavavajillas, wifi, barbacoa...). Las tres habitaciones de adultos son amplias y cómodas. Cuenta además con una gran cocina y ámplio cuarto de estar, que hace que el chalet sea un 10.La atención y disponibilidad del propietario fue también fantástica.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes großes Haus mit Pool.

Der Vermieter - Rafa - hat uns bei unsrer Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Für die Kinder hatte er gleich 2 Pizzen vorbereitet, der Kühlschrank war zT gefüllt, was v.a. nach einer längeren Anreise perfekt war. Wir haben schon viel erlebt - einen so angenehmen Empfang aber noch nicht. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1 davon mit innenliegendem Bad). Zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten gibt es im Keller (6 Schlafplätze!) und weitere 2 auf der lichtdurchfluteten Empore. Damit kann man hier auch mit einer größeren Gruppe problemlos wohnen, was v.a. auch durch die große und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche möglich ist (Herd mit 4 Platten, 2 Öfen, Mikrowelle, gr. Kühlschrank). Die Lage ist ruhig in einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße, aber trotzdem zentral: - 2 Min. zu Fuß zum größten Supermarkt - 5 Min. zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum - 10 Min. zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand Mit dem Auto sit man entsprechend schneller überall und kann auch die in der Nähe befindlichen kleineren Strände & Buchten gut erreichen. Alles im Haus konnte von uns genutzt werden: - Minibar - Kamin mit ausreichend Feuerholz - Waschmaschine - etc. Ein späterer Check-Out als geplant war nach kurzer Rücksprache problemlos möglich. Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen ;-) Muchas gracias, Rafa!

Spacious homely villa.

We had a wonderful stay, 3 grandparents, 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Rafa made us very welcome with a delicious lunch on arrival! The Villa is about 20 minutes walk from the beach and the main town but there are lovely little bars and restaurants closer and the main supermarket is very close. Everything we needed was provided and a lot more too. Things like oil, sugar, herbs and spices etc were all able to be used which was very welcome. The Wi-Fi and TV were great too as it kept the teenagers happy! Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful stay

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Conil. We were two families with two babies and young children and the beautiful villa was absolutely perfect for us. It’s a really good layout, nice and spacious with a great terrace for evening meals/bbq’s and the pool is lovely. Rafa the host could not have been more welcoming, having a pizza in the oven when we arrived and then taking the time to drive me around the area to show me how to get to the beach and into town. He even left us some sherry! Conil itself and the surrounding area is really gorgeous, and the local beach is perfect for young children. Thanks again to Rafa, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Grossartig

Schon bei Ankunft waren wir begeistert: der Vermieter war da und hatte - es war Sonntag - schon mal das Wichtigste eingekauft (sowohl für's Frühstück wie auch Snacks, Bier, Wein und Saft für den Abend) und im Ofen war - fixfertig - ein super Gericht aus Hähnchen mit Süßkartoffeln und ein fertiger Salat im Kühlschrank. Genial. Er hat uns auch noch durch den Ort gefahren und alles Wesentliche gezeigt, vom Supermarkt über den Strand und das Zentrum bis hin zur Apotheke und zum Tante-Emma-Laden mit frischen Brötchen und Serranoschinken, und uns angeboten uns gerne auch einmal durch seine nahegelegene Heimatstadt Cadiz zu führen (haben wir gerne angenommen und ein paar Tage später waren wir da). Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Achtung allerdings am Pool, da muß immer ein Erwachsener dabei sein.) Unsere sind schon etwas größer, aber das riesige Kinderschlafzimmer (und da gehen bis zu 8 Kleinchen rein) wurde dann eben von Nummer 1 und 3 (23 und 12 Jahre alt) genutzt, und oben im offenen Zimmer mit Dachterassenzugang waren dann die 17jährigen Zwillinge unserer Freunde. Ein Schalfzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad (haben wir natürlich geteilt ☺), daneben gibt's noch ein großes Bad (mit Wanne mit Whirlpool), beide gut aber das ist das große Manko an dem Haus: ein Bad/Toilette mehr wäre bei der Größe schon notwendig - noch ein Naßraum im Untergeschoß und dann wäre das Haus echt perfekt. Aber gut, das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Ausstattung ist super, die Grundausstattung an Dingen wie Salz, Oel, Toilettenpapier etc. ist auch da (in vielen Ferienhäusern wird das, was die letzten Mieter gekauft haben vom Vermieter weggeräumt, so daß man diese Sachen jedesmal neu kaufen muß), und sogar die Bar war bestens gefüllt. Im ruhigen Hintergarten wuchsen reife Granatäpfel und Orangen (mit der ebenfalls vorhandenen Saftpresse wunderbar sowohl für das Frühstück wie auch für Cocktails nutzbar), im Vorgarten ist ein Tisch für zehn Personen und ein gemauerter Grill, genial. Sogar Spielzeug war da (brauchen unsere nicht mehr, ist aber nett), allerdings würde ich davon die Hälfte wegwerfen, weil in schlechtem Zustand. Manchmal ist weniger mehr ☺ Was die Kids gerne genutzt haben waren die vier Bodyboards und das Surfbrett. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (hin 8, Rück 12, weil bergauf), der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß (über einen kleinen Weg gleich beim Haus) in zwei und mit dem Auto (über die Straße) in vier MInuten erreichbar, das Zentrun in 20 Min

Very clean, well equipped, exactly as described, great location

Rafe was really helpful, providing us with some food, drink & fruit for when we arrived. There was plenty of room for ourselves & ourgrown up children & partners. The lovely pool, outdoor patio & garden were used a lot due to the hot temperature. The location is only 10 mins walk from the centre of the town with its many bars & beautiful beach. The supermarket is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. To sum up the villa ticked all our requirements & we had a fantastic family holiday.
