The house on the hill
This was our second time in the beautiful house on the hills. You truly feel one with nature in the chalet. Being away from the city of Benidorm means peace and quiet, although it also means quite some long drives back. Being off the grid is an awesome concept, but can be challenging for teenagers and their love for wifi. For family time, game nights and pool party's it's most definitely a hit. If you're up for a challenge there's a beautiful ruin of a house with amazing views up the road. Just follow the driveway up the mountain (it's the steep turn and then straight on). A great leg workout and definitely worthy of a visit. Communication with the owner Martin and home caretaker Angelika is very smooth and great. Whatever you need, feel free to text and they'll be there for you!

Een oase van rust en luxe, hoog op de berg een stukje dichterbij de hemel
Wat was de communicatie fijn met de eigenaar! Vlak voor vertrek een handleiding voor het huis ontvangen, compleet met adressen voor boodschappen en activiteiten. Geschreven als een uitnodiging met veel humor. De berg op is een uitdaging, maar zo betoverend. Je bent op slag verliefd op het prachtige uitzicht. Wel belangrijk om je te realiseren dat je wat verder van alle rumoer bent, maar als je rust zoekt ben je op de juiste plek. Het huis is gigantisch en van veel luxe voorzien. Ruime kamers met prima badkamers. De keuken is groot en van de meeste gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad maakt het plaatje compleet. In de avond genieten van de sterren aan de hemel. Wifi was een uitdaging, maar hier waren we al voor gewaarschuwd. Voor ons was het de perfecte vakantie, we hopen snel weer terug te kunnen. Wij zijn fans!

Wonderful big house with pool in beautiful surrounding!
We are a family with 2 kids (7 and 5 years) and stayed for 15 nights in this beautiful big house. The arrival went very smoothly. The surrounding is great. Great views and it is very quiet around the house. During the night you are perfectly able to see a lot of stars. The main/big house has 1 bedroom. The separate/smaller house is accessible from the outside and has 2 bedrooms. The pool is great! It is quite big and very clean. During the hottest hours of the day (13-16) there are some wasps using the pool water as well, but we didn't much bother from them. During our stay the pool was cleaned and chlorine etc. was topped up by a very nice guy. It is about 35 min drive to the beach and a very big supermarket. For us that was not a problem at all in fact we loved it that the house was remote. We had a very pleasant stay and would rent it again. Thanks Martin!

Séjour décevant, médiocre
Séjour médiocre et dangereux. Chalet perdu dans les montagnes, ont nous a envoyé un signal gps, que nous avons mis sur Waze et Google Maps, les deux itinéraires nous ont indiqué une route qui nous ont a fait passer par des chemins de randonnée qui ont cassé notre véhicule. Nous appelons au secours les voisins qui devaient nous accueillir mais il ne savaient pas nous aider n’y meme comprendre la situation, nous étions coincés proche d’un ravin, ils s’en fichaient complètement. A notre arrivée même pas une bouteille d’eau potable (parceque l’eau de la maison ne se boit pas) et nous étions avec un bébé d’un ans . Nous avons envoyé un message au voisin qui ne répondait plus 5 minutes après l’avoir quitté. Le premier village a 5km, la seul boutique ferme très tôt et avec une voiture cassée impossible de faire 25km pour la ville. En suite pas de wifi apparement pour le propriétaire ça ne dérange pas , mais moi qui était en télétravail j’ai dû payer pour ’internet en partage de connexion qui marche que dans une pièce de la maison. La tv capte que allemand et espagnol. Les lit doubles avec matelas premier prix son catastrophique obligé de voir un ostéopathe en rentrant. La piscine jamais nettoyer en deux semaines, il faut la remplir soit même de temps en temps avec un tuyaux. S’ajoute à cela des centaines de guêpes chaque jour dans la piscine et autour (réponse du propriétaire c’est normal en montagne ) L’eau de la douche qu’il faut recharger. Les poubelles du village sont à 5km donc il faut imaginer les odeurs dans la voiture sous 45 degrés, c’est juste horrible le temps du trajet dans des routes de montagne. Pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur , pas de micro onde , pas de cafetière. Nous avons écourté nos vacances de 10 jours. Monsieur le propriétaire vous pourrez répondre avec les plus beaux arguments le trajet dangereux, le niveau de prestation , l’état du véhicule , la dépense internet , le manque de communication avec vos voisins mérite ce commentaire. Cordialement

Naturaleza y tranquilidad
Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestras vacaciones en la casa. La distribución es perfecta, la cocina completa y con muchos utensilios. Hay una gran despensa y mucho sitio en el garaje para dejar las cosas. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La piscina es ideal si viajas con niños, ya que no es muy profunda. La tranquilidad allí es absoluta, y en las noches sin luna se puede disfrutar de un cielo estrellado. El entorno espectacular, bosque mediterráneo y varias sendas para realizar excursiones tanto a pie como en bici, tanto sencillas, como más complicadas. Para los más experimentados, recomiendo la subida a la cima del Aitana. Está bien comunicado, si bien, aunque las distancias a la playa o a los centros comerciales y de ocio no es muy grande, hay muchas curvas y lleva algo de tiempo. Martín es muy agradable y proporciona información para moverse por el entorno.

Superbe villa dans un cadre exceptionnel
Nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances. La villa est très grande, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. La maison se trouve dans un cadre exceptionnel... pour les amoureux de la nature c'est parfait... La maison est isolée entouré de pins.. on peut y voire de nombreux oiseaux et de nombreuses balades à pied ou à vélo sont possibles.

Tolles Haus !
Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Wir hatten viel Platz mit 7 Personen. Die Ausstattung war super. Wer die absolute Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig,das Haus ist sehr abgelegen. Die Gegend ist einfach toll. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
