Neighborhood description
Anastasia State Park, The St.Augustine Amphitheater, The Aligator Farm, St Augustine Lighthouse and the Beach Pier are all within a 3-4 minute drive. These local beaches are known for being quiet and pristine, and even allows for on-beach driving, surfing, horseback riding, fishing, and more. Old Saint Augustine streets, Museums, The Bridge of Lions and many exquisite restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Ask about the many beaches and attractions that you'll want to add to your bucket list, all just minutes away! All the great concerts from the amphitheater you can enjoy and listen too from the conform of the backyard.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We LOVED this property! It was so open and spacious. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. It had a unique 50's vibe and we expected Dean Martin to step in and party with us. The kitchen, pantry & linens were stocked full (even beachtowls) and we especially loved the Florida room in the design. We didn't want to leave & my grandson wants to buy the home! Joscelyn was responsive immediately to any questions. We've stayed in 5* hotels/resorts but this is the most special and comfortable home. Thank you for offering such a unique, lovely home.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Joselyns home. It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and it is beautifully decorated. It is in a wonderful location to all the attractions and the beach.

Great house

Clean and well appointed, has a nice large backyard for a dog, grill for bbq. Easy drive to the beach and walk to the amphitheater.

Great place to stay

Joselyn's place was great. Its location is ideal. Close to beach, old Town, Light House, Alligator Farm, dog park, restaurants. I could go on and on. The house space is great and the back yard was perfect for our dogs. Also, Joselyn is a great host and went above and beyond us to accommodate us. Thanks Joselyn for sharing your house with us.

Perfect for family vacations

Vrbo.com made it easy to find this perfect vacation house for family. Spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. The owner provided everything we needed, including lots of new beach towels and household supplies. A must see!

Fantastic Family home

Working with the property manager was a 10 as a high and working with Vibro a 1 or 2 as a low. Very hard to reach Vrbo and communications when reaching were poor.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay! So appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with bakeware and coffee. The beds were all comfortable. We loved the holiday decor which made a special atmosphere for Christmas. The house has wonderful outdoor space and a lot of seating for hanging out.

We had a great stay. Clean, modern, very well stocked for our 30day stay. Highly recommend the location. Pictures are accurate to the advertising pictures. I appreciated the amount of towels and linens available. Washer and dryer worked great! Thankful for our great stay!

Awesome in all ways!

Joselyn has taken great care and given tremendous attention to the details in her VRBO rental. It was perfect in every way for our small family holiday weekend. Location was ideal for the beach, amphitheater and downtown. The home was very clean and comfortable, bathrooms updated beautifully!! We really enjoyed the outdoor area as well - very tranquil. The holiday decorations were just an added bonus! We will be back for sure!

My name is Joselyn; born in NewYork and raised in beautiful Puerto Rico. Moved to the Sunshine State (Jacksonville FL) in 2007. I have worked in the financial industry and property management industry since 2001 and became a Real Estate Agent in 2017. My favorite thing to do is to travel with my family. St.Augustine not just being the Oldest City in the US but also our favorite city to explore, learn history, eat great food and visit all the fun museums & more.
