This beach townhome is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, in the Sunnyside beach area. Public beach access is directly across the street just a short 2-minute walk from the home. This side of the beach is primarily all residential beachgoers, as there is no public parking for over a mile in either direction. ( PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES ONLY AT TOWNHOME)

Many features are available with a Gulf view to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, (4 bar stools), and a beach theme dining area( seats 4). The living room has plenty of room to entertain with a balcony & elevator for the first 3 floors, no elevator access to the loft area, to avoid the stairs. (PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO OPERATE ELEVATOR ALONE) There is a 2 car garage but the owner requests parking outside the garages in two parking spaces. (GARAGES ARE VERY SMALL AND CONTAIN GAME EQUIPMENT) PLEASE LIMIT VEHICLES AT TOWNHOME - PUBLIC PARKING IS AVAILABLE NEARBY FOR $5 PER NIGHT. NO PASSENGER VANS OR GOLF CARTS PERMITTED, Each of the three bedrooms has a kingsize bed and the loft has a daybed with trundle and balcony for viewing the Gulf and beautiful sunsets with sitting at the provided table with hightop chairs. Take a dip in the community pool, or walk across the street to the beautiful sandy beaches. This property is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and 30A. Spend the day shopping, eating, or taking in the sites of 30A. Also closely enjoy the best of restaurants and shopping in Pier Park, only 10 minutes away.
Linens, bath towels, some play equipment, ping pong in the garage, kitchen appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker, utensils, some beach chairs. The laundry is located on the first floor.

There is also an outdoor shower and additional hose on the side of the home to rinse the sand off after a long day at the beach!
