VERY AFFORDABLE! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish desert oasis. This single level home, 2bd/2bath with approx. 1000 sq ft has a west facing patio adjacent to the pool & spa. Recently remodeled, it boasts a light & bright atmosphere with high vaulted ceilings & stylish furnishings, washer/dryer & recently painted 2 car garage.
NOTE: Our rates are lower than others in the community b/c we manage the property ourselves and don't have a 20% management fee to pay. We keep our rates low so you can enjoy more of the Desert living.)

The Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining & a lounge and a full tennis program as well as pickle-ball courts. Many walkers during evening and mornings.

Extra Nice Stay Away

The accommodations were very nice - And the owner was Super helpful in all respects - we always enjoy the Resorter community - the couple staying next door we’re very friendly and considerate - And that, for all of our previous stays at the Resorter, is Par for the Course !

GREAT SPOT

Older unit that has been very nicely renovated. Great location, 20 steps to one of many community pools and hot tub. Walking distance to golf course clubhouse. Excellent pickleball facility. I would certainly stay here again. Alison was quick to address any questions I had.

Great host, clean, new condo with pool 10 steps from the back door...

Great communication, and attentive host. Condo was newly remodeled and spotless- had all the basics, comfy beds, great wifi, and all the essentials needed for a nice stay. Community is safe, peaceful, walkable, lots of pools to visit, very nice security at the front - everyone very helpful.. I enjoyed my stay - wish the closest pool had been opened sooner, but re-seeding required staying off the lawn. (Only a few weeks in October, is when this happens). Beautiful community. Great location near restaurants, bars, shopping all within 5-10 mins driving. Cozy condo, would recommend!

Why they chose this property

This condo was updated by an architect 2018. It's new & stylish. A brand new AC unit was put in 2021 & garage freshly painted.
It is family run & has access to the pool, right out the back door.
The community is nice and it is very central to activities in Palm Desert & Palm Springs.
It's a quiet & peaceful and the area offers wonderful walks and stunning views of the mountains in the area.

Right next to the pool!
Access to the golf course, but not in the path of golf balls.
Tennis courts recently updated.
