My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying here! the house is adorable and we loved the privacy. The access to the lake was another awesome perk! 10/10 stay and will absolutely be back!
What a beautiful tiny home and property! It feels so secluded and intimate, but only a short drive from groceries or restaurants. It was the perfect anniversary trip for my wife and I.
This house was just as described and had everything we could have needed. Lovely lake area as well. Host was very prompt and responsive.
We enjoyed this house!
My wife and I spent three days in the Tiny House in Addison and had a wonderful time. What a fascinating place! Excellent cleanliness and provisions. Waking up in the woods was great. We want one for our back yard.
We really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay here. It was a great week of quiet mixed with easy access to towns to be able to go and do. Gorgeous property as well.
Stayed here for our honeymoon. Home was super clean and well appointed. We had a great time kayaking and hiking the local trails. Great communication with host and really loved staying here! Thank you Kim and Chris
Really fun time with grandkids at this property. House super clean, with everything we needed. Pebble beach and path through woods really well maintained.
Very glad we chose this beautiful spot. We enjoyed kayaking and after dinner having a nice fire by the water to watch the sun set. The bonus was waking up to a deer and her fawn one day and a turkey another. Took a day to tour the little town of Vergennes which I would recommend. Also enjoyed visiting Fort Henry and learning about the history of the area and how Lake Champlain played a part. It was a great week and such a relaxing getaway for sure.
Don’t even think about it, if this place is available for the dates you’re interested in, just book it! My husband and I came for the week while our kids were away at camp. The spot on the lake is perfection, the tiny house is adorable and very well thought out, communication with the host couldn’t be better…we loved our stay! If you’re looking for quiet and solitude in a gorgeous setting, this is the place for you! We can’t wait to return, and we hope to bring our kids us next time!
We enjoyed a wonderful stay on this lakefront property, with wonderful views of the mountains across the lake. Very well situated to some of the historic forts in the region, for history buffs. Thank you to our hosts, who were very responsive to our queries.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing time in between our visits to Middlebury to see our grandchild. We liked the experience of living in a small, well-designed space in a beautiful location.
We will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in that area.
This tiny home exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed. The lake view was gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting on the beach and taking the boats out. We will definitely rent it again!
This cabin is adorable and well maintained, the property has immediate access to the lake and is completely screened by woods and very private. Vergennes the property is truly off the grid but food is relatively accessible within 20-30 minutes. If youre looking to unplug and detach from your busy life i would reccomend this stay.
The weekend we spent in this cozy and well-designed tiny house could not have been more perfect. A secluded, peaceful spot for recharging with the peace of mind knowing that you are hosted by attentive and gracious folks. Super relaxing and an absolutely lovely experience in every way.
we loved it here. great tiny house with all the essentials ! the location is amazing and being on the lake is so exceptional . host and property manager were both incredibly communicative and helpful. 10/10 recommend
The Lake Champlain Tiny House was a perfect getaway for my family! The tiny house and the property was excellent. My family enjoyed all aspects of the property, including the lake and mountain views, tree swing, kayaks, and the lake-side firepit. The only downside was that we had to leave!

Moving daughter to UVM and wanted a little adventure. We had such an amazing time. Beautiful inside & out. So relaxing. Wanted to stay forever. Thanks so much for providing such a beautiful home away from home.
The setting is just what my husband and I needed for a relaxing vacation. A very quiet area of the lake and the chairs and fire pit are great for both morning and evening. The house is very unique and had everything we needed. Having kayaks right there is great and lots of hiking and biking options around. The owner and property manager were excellent with communication. We highly recommend it!!!!
