🥨Nestled in the heart of the famous Little Venice of Colmar, the Grand Ourse duplex invites you to live an unforgettable experience with family or friends. With its 89 square meters of fully equipped space, this accommodation offers an ideal setting for a memorable stay. Its calm and warm atmosphere will seduce you from the moment you arrive, creating a friendly atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

It consists, at the first level:

🍽️ a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed

and at the second level:
🛏️ a bedroom with a single bed and its trundle bed
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed

🅿️The Saint Josse covered public car park is a 650m walk from the apartment. It costs €3 per 24 hours. Open Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (possibility of leaving your vehicle overnight)
🅿️The closest public parking is Rue Turenne, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. This involves paid on-street parking, around €35 ​​per day. Paid parking from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (except Sundays and public holidays)

🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

🍼 Are you coming with young children? A baby cot and high chair can be arranged upon prior request (subject to availability).

House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

🐶 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
