This 5-bedroom lakefront home offers extremely comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 17 people. Two King and two Queen bedrooms are upstairs, while the 4-bed bunk room is downstairs. The oversized ensuite master bedroom boasts a King bed, smart television, a quaint seating area with a couch that can be converted into a twin bed, and an awesome workspace overlooking the lake. There is a second full bathroom upstairs. The bunk room, which has a queen-sized pullout couch, utilizes the powder bathroom/shower downstairs. The third couch bed is in the living room, where three ottomans can be pushed against the modular sofa to make a very comfortable queen bed for extra guests.
This renovated modern farmhouse with a boho/lake house vibe is stylishly decorated. Eat dinner in the dining room on one of two large custom wood dining tables, which together seat up to 20 guests. Or seat everyone outside for dinner on two farm tables after your private chef prepares your meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy complementary Starbucks Keurig coffee throughout the day, blend up a tasty smoothie or delight in a home made soda from your complimentary soda stream machine. Sit in one of two egg chairs and marvel at the amazing lake views. Read a book in the hammock, which is nestled between two large trees. Board games, a pack-n-play, high chair, puzzles, trucks, Mega Blocks, stuffed animals and more are there for everyone to enjoy! There are a total of 3 televisions, one in the living room, one in the bunk room and one in the upstairs master bedroom, all of which are Smart TVs which can be connected to your streaming accounts such as Amazon, HULU, Netflix, etc. Listen to your music of choice on the paired bluetooth speakers in the kitchen and living room.
Guests have full access to the property, with the exception of two locked storage closets downstairs or the locked crawl space below the home. The yard is fenced on the lake side but not around the entire property. There is a small street behind the home, so please supervise your children at all times by the road and the lake.
