Haussmann - Champs Elysées Business flat Paris 8th

Rooted in the heart of the capital in the 8th districct of Paris, the apartment is locaed on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

The space is set up as such, the living room is located next to a fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, hot plates, evacuation vent, fridge with a freezer).

The living room also has a television with a fold out sofa for 2 persons.

There is a room with double bed and toilet.
There is a bathroom with a shower, that is equipped with a hairdryer and washing machine.

We furnish the linens and towels as well as toilet paper, soap/shampoo so that you may start your stay comfortably.
The apartment has Wifi.

We aim to make you spend an authentic parisian stay and to recommend all the best addresses. Thanks to our house manuel, that will be in the apartment, you will not be dissapointed, everyone gets to be happy.

We offer an on demand breakfast delivery every day from 8am to 1pm. The produce is 100% local and will be delivered in 30 mins. We invite you to reserve your breakfasts in advanced (or during your stay). Please contact us to receive the menu and order.

We offer the services of a chauffeur for your arrival and your departure.

I will be there to greet you when you arrive, to give you the keys and to show you how the apartment’s fuctions work.
In case that I am unable to greet you personnally, we will send you the necessary information to enter the apartment.

Located at an 8 minutes walk from the Champs Élysée, the apartment is ideally located and is close to local commerce. You will love staying at our place.

The closest metro station is Saint Phillipe du Roule on line 9

15 minutes from the Louvre
20 minutes from the Sacré Cœur
25 minutes from Notre Dame

Check in is done after 2pm and check out before 12pm.
In case of lateness or an arrival after 8pm, we unfortunately have to charge you 20€/hour.
