This family accommodation is ideally located close to all amenities (beaches 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car, city center 25 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car). This house will charm you with its Provencal soul. The rooms and bathrooms, renovated in 2024, offer optimal comfort. It can accommodate up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The air-conditioned rooms guarantee you cool and restful nights.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the harmonious blend of modernity and authenticity. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with local products, while the large living room offers a convivial space to meet up with family or friends.

The four bedrooms, all carefully furnished, offer peaceful resting spaces. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 offer you absolute comfort with their 160x200 double bed and their adjoining bathrooms. Bedroom 3, perfect for children or close friends, has a double bunk bed with two 140x200 mattresses. Finally, bedroom 4 awaits you with its 160x200 double bed.

The sofa bed in the living room adds additional flexibility to accommodate up to 2 people comfortably.

For your comfort, a total of three bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, and separate toilets are at your disposal.

Outside, you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A charcoal barbecue is available for outdoor dining. Cool off in the pool while talking over an aperitif with friends or family.

For your peace of mind, a large private parking space at the property is also available.
