A modern new hideaway in a highly sought after area of North Albuquerque Acres. Elena guest home is attached to the main Home which has been featured numerously in house design magazines as well as won awards for it’s design and beauty. Views are amazing in all directions, must see!

6 minutes from the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park with balloons regularly flying over the house. New and Modern furnishings, amenities and design make this is a good place for couples, singles, business travelers or those simply wanting a private spa-like resort escape. Located close to I-25, it takes 15-20 minutes to travel to Old Town, Nob Hill and Downtown areas. Popular restaurants and a brewery right in the neighborhood. Shared BBQ outdoor area and patio. The swimming pool and hot tub are big and beautiful with availability from May 1st through October 15th (closed for winter). Walk out to running trails, bike trails and Sandia Mountain scenery.

A large living area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with island, a shared patio and BBQ grill, flat grill and large outdoor kitchen make this the perfect getaway!

Huge Disappointment

I had high expectations for this property due to the reviews but we were nothing but very disappointed… communication from the host was terrible! I had to remind her to send me information on check in/out was also under the impression the pool n guest house were connected but we had to walk around the outside of the host house area to get to the pool.Host seemed preoccupied the whole time. There were constantly people in-out of the property. very busy home. On our 2nd night we were kicked out of the pool due to a photo shoot the host was doing.. there was absolutely NO communication on this!!! When we settled for night swimming her kids n their friends were running around the pool unsupervised.when I messaged her about this she didn’t seem to even care.constantly felt watched by all the people/kids/cameras host had over.. All we ever got from the host was “im sorry”. For the price we paid I expected a lot better.I’ve actually stayed in better places for cheaper… the guest house wasn’t even that great! We only had 3 towel for 3 people n we stayed from 6-3-6/7.. everything was glass. Nothing safe to take to pool to drink out of. WiFi never worked always loading on tv.. host said she had floats n toys for pool so we didn’t bring any only to find out she hardly had anything n didn’t have anything ready like she had stated that day.. pillows were flat n water pressure was horrible n smelled awful. someone who has a lot of money to show off she could have done better!

Short Anniversary Getaway

This is a great property. Very nice. Very clean. Very responsive host. Very good accommodations. Great location. Lots of good restaurant options in the area. The views are great. It is in great proximity to Sandia Mountain and Tramway. Highly reccomended.

Holiday Week (2nd visit)

This was my second time staying at this property and everything was perfect, again. Rose is the warmest of hosts and the casita is beautiful. The location has beautiful views of the Sandia mountains and city of Albuquerque. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Room With A View

Nor Este had everything we desired. Excellent accommodations, well supplied kitchen, gorgeous views, easy access to the Balloon Fiesta. Rose was a gracious and very helpful host. We will definitely return to Nor Este when exploring more of Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Albuquerque Retreat

I stayed here with my daughter during the 4th of July weekend. Wow, what a gorgeous property. The casita is top notch and exactly as described. Rose is wonderful host and she made us feel welcome. My daughter loved the pool and swimming with her girls. We are so grateful for our stay at Nor Este and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

This is a beautiful property, stunning views and an amazing host - can't ask for more! My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and clean and modern accommodations. Host is incredibly responsive, attentive and very good at anticipating our needs. The property is conveniently located to shopping, interstate access but remains quiet and serene. This is on our rebook list when we come back to Albuquerque.

What a fantastic property, great host!

The property is fantastic, one of the most beautiful we're been to, we loved interior and careful attention to each detail. We spend hours at hot tub with gorgeous views of Sandia Peak. It was super easy to communicate with our host Rose. A billiards on top floor is a gem with gorgeous views of Albuquerque. Highly recomended !

Amazing place and awesome host.

The place was just as described, it is a great place for a couple retreat. Rose and Bill were amazing hosts. We had to do a late checkin which was no issue and they had the hot tub ready for us when we arrived. Rose even got us some big bath towels because she was worried it was too cold to go from the hot tub back to the Casita, about 30 yards. They gave us great local recommendations for food also. We had a great time and we will stay here again.

This property was like none other - it's like something you see in the movies! The host (Rose) and her family are incredible; very hospitable and accommodating. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn't have been happier. Full kitchen (and grill outside!) allows you to cook as if you were at home. The hot tub was also great! Our first impression of the property... "pinch me; is this real?". It's better than the pictures, comfortable and safe. The sunset view is breathtaking. You won't regret staying here! Perfect Albuquerque Place

Although my trip was a little different than I expected, Rose and her great property couldn't have been better. This is a beautiful spot, both inside and out. The view couldn't be better--the lights of Albuquerque were so gorgeous. Rose's property is so well kept. I loved everything about it--from the large kitchen, the fantastic shower and the comfortable bed! I am planning to build a lake place this summer and will "borrow" several of Rose's designs! I was a bit under the weather, and Rose was so sweet--everything from checking on me by text to offering to pick up anything I needed. This will definitely be a stopping spot for me for years to come. Thanks for your hospitality, Rose.

great for solo or couple travelers

This guest house is beautiful. The views from the property are stunning and there is quick access to I-25. The host Rose made personal contact before and during the stay to ensure check in went smooth and to make sure I had everything I needed. Top notch, I would definitely stay again.

Holiday in Albuquerque

Extra Special Stay at Unforgettable Property

We will have memories for a lifetime from this property. The host is as responsive and welcoming as they come. The unit is a guest suite attached to an indescribable, amazing property. We absolutely lucked out finding this gem for a last-minute getaway and would love to go back. If you have the chance to stay here, definitely do it!
