The front door of this 52m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated living space.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and television.

The dining area has a table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals.

Both bedrooms have double beds, carefully made with hotel-quality linen. There are wardrobes to store your belongings and make you feel right at home.

The bathroom has a washbasin, mirror, shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine.

In addition, as mentioned above, we provide a free private parking space for travellers by car, so please let us know if you need one.

The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.


The flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

All you have to do is enjoy!


Please note that we have 3 flats (2 for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 for 6 people with 3 bedrooms) in the building, which can accommodate 14 people in total. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need more information.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Mairie de Clichy (line 13), is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
