So perfect!

We stayed here for ICAST 2022 and it was fantastic! So responsive! The place was incredibly clean and well stoked. The location is super convenient and the neighborhood is very safe. We will be back!

Bad Check-in experience!!

Overall my visit to Orlando was very pleasant. However, the check-in process and listing has issues. Our check-in time was 4pm. When I checked the app and email upon arrive, I was not provided an access code. I went to the clubhouse where other guest were checking to be advised the property is managed by another agency. I tried several times to contact the property management company and the owner directly. At 5:22pm, almost 1 1/2 hours after check-in, the owner finally texted me the access code. Upon entering the home, the carpet was filthy, however we are charged cleaning fees. Next, the listing states we would have access to amenities such at the Waterpark, children's play zone, swimming pools, etc. When I texted the owner for the access code he advised the HOA is now making rental guest be escorted by the owner in order to use the amenities. I would avoid this home until the owner and/or property manager update the listing, which I have a screen shot, and make sure guests have access in a timely manner.

Golf trip

It was an excellent house, only wish that it didn’t cost extra to heat the pool but otherwise it was perfect land communication was very good.
