The Space:
Start your perfect vacation with this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms spacious home that will comfortably fit up to 8 guests.
After a day of fun on the slopes, come home hungry and prepare a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, where the chef in your family can show off their cooking skills. The 3 breakfast bar stools are the best way to keep the cook in good company. The dining area, located between the kitchen and the front door, is the perfect place to share your adventure stories.
Towards the end of the main floor, indulge in the comfort and luxury of the L-shaped sofa in the family room. Cherish the warmth of the cozy indoor wood fireplace and cuddle up next to each other while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. Through the family room, you can access the balcony where twinkling stars and tranquil nature sounds await. Host an afternoon cookout with the outdoor gas grill, letting it be the perfect way to show off for the master griller of the house. The main floor also features a half bath and a washer and dryer combo.
As you unwind for the night, head up the stairs to the first bedroom where you can relax in the comfortable queen-size bed with ample closet space and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo right around the corner. Towards the end of the hall, the master bedroom awaits a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the top floor, you will see the last bedroom with a twin over queen size bunk bed and an additional twin size bed.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Baldy neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking. The serene area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 8-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Summit County offers a free ride bus making it a convenient option, with Rock Ridge bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop within a few steps from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
A parking passes can be located on the kitchen counter.
There is a Ring doorbell at the front door for security purposes.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
