This three level home sleeps up to 12 people and has plenty of space for groups and families. It features two eating areas, two living spaces, ample parking, hot tub, grill, and outdoor living spaces too. We enjoy hosting and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know how we can best accommodate you

Great location and amenities.

Held a retreat with three colleagues. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. Stephanie is a fantastic and accommodating host.

Together

Gathering of family for Thanksgiving. Mom wasn’t with us this year. Family joined together to eat, talk and just have fun. Location convenient for latte night snack and last minute pick up. Short trip to Durham and back. Spacious, comfortable and worth the price.

Better than expected

We rented this place for overflow lodging when our daughter graduated high school. The house was perfect-- really pretty and tastefully decorated. Lovely hot tub and back deck, beautiful backyard, quiet, lots and lots of room for everyone. Thank you!

Great stay

Stephanie was an incredible host! The property is centrally located for UNC graduation and plenty of room indoors and out for our celebration. It is definitely an older home but spacious and fit our needs nicely. Highly recommend!

The Ram’s Retreat

The house was beautiful & in a great location. Close to everything we wanted to visit in Chapel Hill & Durham. Communication with the host was quick & helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location, comfortable space and good amenities for 7-8 adults and family gatherings. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property! Wonderful to have the hot tub during the cold snap. Steps to the entry were a bit difficult for elderly visitors, and the downstairs needed a space heater during the very cold weather.

8 adult men stayed here for a three night/four day golfing get-a-way.

Each adult had their own bed and plenty of baths to share comfortably. Great family room for socializations and kitchen/eating areas for sharing. Everyone had a great time. Would come back to this house in the future.

Convenient spot for a large group

Would highly recommend this rental! We were a large group, but had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. This location is great for vacationing, as it’s near restaurants, hikes, UNC, malls, grocery stores, the airport, and lots more. And everything was decorated in a very pleasant style.

Wonderful Home and Location

We had eight people stay over a long weekend, the home was clean and provided everything we needed. Our group have stayed in a number of vacation rentals and all agreed this was one of the better stocked and best locations. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental.

Best VRBO experience ever

Our party of 10 were in town for a wedding. This place had everything you need, several rooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen, grill, hot tub! Our host Stephanie was wonderful. Very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here when in town.
