They had bed bugs!! The owner wasn’t professional about it! They said we’re refunding your money and need to leave! At 11 something at night! We had no place to go, the pictures dose not look like the room! The room wasn’t cleaned, This is a terrible host!

Perfect view, great location…

We (2 adults & 6 teenagers) had the best time! Absolute gorgeous view of the beach, sunrise and beautiful Pink full moon. The property had everything (but paper towels) that we needed. The owner responded very quickly to any questions or needs that we had! Will definitely be back!!

Good Deal but nothing spectacular

Very good deal especially considering how good the location is. But, you get what you pay for (very inexpensive). Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The main television was broken. The couches are old and uncomfortable. The floors, walls, and trim are beat up. There were very few dishes and the only necessities on hand were dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towel. No coffee, laundry detergent, very little shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Owner was easy to communicate with although the check in process was lengthy. If you want to arrive early or have a late checkout it will cost you (not a fan of this policy during the offseason). No turndown service. We probably could've asked for it but surprised it wasn't included. There is also no airport transportation. All in all we got what we paid for but expectations weren't exceeded.

Myrtle Beach

Great location. On the water with nice pool. Everyone at the location was very nice and the communication was easy. The condo was very tired. It has 90's decor and could use an upgrade. Stove and dishwasher were not working well. The unit was mostly clean but could use a deep clean (inside drawers and cabinets). The bathrooms were clean with a nice upgraded shower and good water pressure. The beds were fine. I booked this because it was on the water and in the location we needed. It was also very inexpensive for a last minute vacation. So I think I got what I paid for and it was fine for a quick trip.

Worst rental I have ever stayed in

I don’t even know where to start. I take my family of six to the beach three times a year, and stay in a VRBO every time. This is by far the worst condo I have ever booked. I say booked because during my initial walk through I noticed black mold in the bathroom, dead bugs in the beds and when I contacted the rental company I was told “sorry we have a no refund policy”. I sent them over 30 pictures of the unit from the mold to the wallpaper falling off the walls to the missing light covers and the whole in the entry door that use to be a dead bolt. Lucky for us VRBO customer service Marvin was amazing and rented us a great place for my family to stay and then assisted in rebooking another condo just down the street that was amazing. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in this unit.
