Amazing Experience!

Our stay here was perfect! We loved the close proximity to beach access. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us and take him to the beach too. This unit has a lot of space and we took advantage of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer & dryer and some extra towels in the linen closet. Lots to do close by in St. Augustine. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back some day!

Wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely enjoyed this location and property. It was bigger than I expected and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and everything was provided that we needed. We brought our dog and he was very happy. The outdoor hose to rinse off was helpful as the beach doesn't have.

We loved our 2 week stay here with our dog. The beach and restaurants were just a short walk away and dog friendly. The ground floor apartment was spacious, had what we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Clean, Comfortable and Quaint

Our stay at C Street by the Sea (downstairs) went great. The unit had about everything that we needed and we really appreciated the extra space in the laundry room for some of our own stuff. Our stay was cooler than had hoped for so we didn't take full advantage of some of the beach amenities that were available, but we did use the chairs for a brief cool visit to the beach. All in all, the description is very accurate and the stay was quite pleasant with enough room for just the 2 of us and our dog to enjoy our week and half stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your perfect location getaway. Great location for beach, downtown area, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Communication response was fast and helpful. It was clean, bed was great, washer and dryer was a plus. Will definitely be returning soon.

Great Hideaway!

Great place to relax and unwind! Clean, quiet, and conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shops but quiet enough to feel like you are all alone. The host, Kristy, is quick to answer any questions and really wants you to have the best time possible. We WILL be back!!!!

Awesome location and very clean

Owners are very responsive. AC quit working and owners were right on it and it was fixed before it ever had a chance to get hot. We were on the bottom floor so a little noisy at times but all in all a great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Len Weeks is a general contractor and built this duplex in 1990 so of course this is a very special place for us. We are both business people. Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our 5th vacation rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it!
