Centrally located, you're not too far from many of the great "To-Dos" Orange county has to offer. Within short drive is Old Towne Orange, which offers a fun experience for people and kids of all ages. This area offers great local restaurants, fun little shopping stores, and plenty of stores for you antique hunters. All within 15 miles, you can find Disney Land, famous Newport Beach (where you can grab a boat to Catalina island), or maybe catch the Metro (station is located just off the Orange circle), that will take you to visit The Mission down in Mission Viejo.

Most of the house is still original, including the glass sliding doors from 1961, and cannot be replaced. The house is historically designated so we ask that guest please not close the doors or windows too firmly.

How to be a good NEIGHBOR during your visit - City of Orange Rules:
1. BE NEIGHBORLY
*The City of Orange provides a 24/7 contact number that neighbors may call to file a complaint.
*Keep indoor/outdoor volume at a reasonable level. Guests can be cited anytime for noise disturbances, which can result in fines and possible eviction.
*Do not loiter in alleyways or gather outside the property in a manner disruptive to neighbors.
*Using a rental unit for commercial purposes is not permitted.
*The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
2. PARKING
*Parking is scarce in the City of Orange. We provide 2 (two) parking spots (tandem) in driveway.
*Read all posted parking regulations. Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in parking citations.
*Never park in someone else’s driveway, block a fire lane, or otherwise park in a manner that would negatively impact a neighbor’s access. If your car does not fit in the driveway, you may not encroach on a sidewalk or onto the street.
3. KEEP IT CLEAN
*No one wants to see trash. Look for the required interior posting for trash day and receptacle placement.
*Receptacles can be placed out for collection after 7:00 p.m. the night before and must be brought in by 7:00 p.m. on collection day.
*Properties must be kept clean, with no visible trash.
*All garbage items should be bagged, tied closed, and placed in the trash cans for solid waste, recyclables or organics.
*Please ensure there is no trash overflow– if there is more trash than there is container space, contact the host.
*Do not place your trash in bins that are not specifically dedicated to your property.
*Please help the sweepers keep our streets clean. It is one of the most effective ways to protect our water quality and keep our City clean. Street sweeping occurs weekly. Look for the street sign posting that advises you of how often and what days of the week.
*All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
