There is one bedroom with a 180cm bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds.
Its large private garden of 44m2 will allow you to spend pleasant moments under the Mediterranean sun. You can enjoy its charcoal barbecue.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers are invited to bring their own bed linen and bath towels. If you would prefer us to prepare your beds for you, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price, and you will be provided with a hoover and all you need for cleaning.
However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you for a fixed fee of €100 inc VAT.
