Welcome to Silver Birch. Your updated retreat with views that will take your breath away. Staying here, you will be less than 10 minutes away from The Island at Pigeon Forge. You can even see the Ferris Wheel from the deck! Enjoy sitting by the fire in the open concept living and dining area. Each morning you will have access to a fully stocked coffee bar. Traveling with kiddos? If so, they are in for a treat. Downstairs features The Fox Den with 5 twin bunk beds. This room is designed for fun with cool nightlights, privacy curtains, a fairy lit hideaway, and fun fox features. Don't want to spend all night at the arcade? No problem, our lower level will feature free play arcade games and a TV area. After all of the hustle and bustle you can relax in the hot tub and get lost in the mountain views, or the Florida room that features a wall of glass facing the mountains. Very old house with cold feeling, and old fashion low ceiling. Host was very unkind.

It is a very old house, low ceiling and small corridors,all rooms are together with no privacy. Basement is very shady. Linen, towels were of very poor quality. Whole house has bright white lights gave very cold feeling. View from deck is good but not worth staying there. Hot tub is on driveway with not much privacy. Felt unsafe. We were traveling today it’s elderly parents - with knee injury who could not climb stairs. And we had already told host about it they still failed to mention us before coming that you need to take steps before coming to main level. We decided to vacate the house next day and still was charged $1600 and despite that host threatened us to vacate by 12:00 pm when I asked for 3:00 pm check out, as new house was not ready till 4:00 pm. And no one was coming that evening, she threatened me and had to ask VRBO team to intervene. This was the worst house and host we have ever experienced. And we travel a lot throughout the world. Glad we left as rented a beautiful luxurious house by spending little more than this house, with an amazing host and able to form a beautiful memories with our kids and elderly parents. Would not recommend this house. We took videos and pictures before we left as a proof that house left clean etc, as host had threatened he/ she would come to check for any property damage.

Beautiful property and view

My friends and I had an amazing time at this spacious property surrounded by the gorgeous view of the area. The house and everything we needed and really enjoyed the extras such as the games and hot tub. Would recommend for large groups.

Couldn’t have been better!

The house was just as advertised. Great location and view. Plenty of room to sleep 10 adults. We spent most of our time on the deck and in the game room. Hosts were accommodating and responsive leading up to our stay.

A view from the top of the world.

Let me start by saying the view from this property will have you rushing back to the deck every morning and evening. Danielle is top notch. We had questions to start before we arrived and small issues during our stay. Danielle answers every communication almost as fast as I sent them with kindness and genuine courtesy. She made us feel comfortable and helped navigate the area. The house is very nice with great layout for fun and relaxation. I would definitely return to this property next time I’m in the area. Oh yeah and did I mention the view. The pictures can’t even give you the full feel. At night off in the distance you can see the ferris wheel from downtown and the roller coaster lights wind through 2 of the mountains.

Tourist trip to Pigeon Forge

We loved our stay! The views are absolutely amazing. It was too cold for us to enjoy the deck. But, that is the place to hangout for sure at this property! Checking in and out was quick and easy. Great location to easily get to all the tourist spots in Pigeon Forge.

Amazing views!

We met some friends for a fun little get away to do all the touristy things. The location was perfect and only took us 10 mins to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of everything! It was so nice getting back to relax and enjoy the beautiful views this place has to offer! The pictures do not do it justice. We had one little issue with the hot tub being in sleep mode but Danielle was quick to respond and took care of the issue right away. The kids den area is so neat! They loved the double bunk beds, the reading area, a TV in their room and all the arcade games to play! The adults loved the outdoor patio area, the shuffleboard and all the decorative lights that lit up various areas! We highly recommend this place for families! We hope to be back! The hosts are wonderful and so accommodating.

Great Pigeon Forge chalet and location!

Loved this property. The view was great and there was plenty of space for the family. Games kept the kids entertained and they loved all sleeping together in the Fox Den! Lovely decor! My only critiques would be to add a small bonfire area to sit around outside and maybe a gas grill as an option next to the existing charcoal grill.

Great stay

Property clean and as described. Decorated for the holiday. Everyone liked the game room and hot tub people used the hot tub twice. We were a family group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes. Minor complaint that we did not know only a Keurig for coffee. Grocery store close by. If we planned on returning to Gatlinburg , would definitely stay here.

Excellent property

Everything was beautiful! The house was clean and completely stocked with everything you could need. The kids had a wonderful time playing the arcade games and loved the bunk beds. I will definitely book this property again.
