Vitamin Sea comes supplied with: Each bathroom has 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 travel size shampoo and conditioner, 1 mini body wash, 1 mini body lotion and 1 soap bar per bathroom; the Kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels, a small liquid dish soap, a dish sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 kitchen trash bags and 2 laundry tabs


★ BOOKING DETAILS ★

Full refund less $250 60 days or more before check-in. No refunds within 60 days of arrival. We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent. ID verification is required and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us. An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $1500 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 3 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure.

★ POOL HEATING & SAFETY ★

The pool can be heated for an additional $70 plus tax per day to the temperature of 85 degrees. The service must be requested three days before the arrival.

The pool is USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that may result from using the swimming pool.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. City quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am and are strictly enforced.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window! Refunds, where applicable, are less a $250 cancellation fee.
