The Space:
Relax in the beautiful and spacious condo, with room for your whole family. This newly remodeled condo is designed to show off the Pacific Northwest and its style. Enjoy the community pool (weather permitting) and hot tub that are just a few steps from the condo. This Powder Village condo is a 2 BR/2 BA with a well-equipped kitchen and open living space. The master bedroom has a QUEEN bed with an en suite for ease and enjoyment.

The second bedroom is a bunk bed with a QUEEN on the lower and a TWIN on the top. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player for movie nights. The guest bedroom is next to the guest bathroom making this the perfect place for a family or two couples.

There is a pull-out sofa in the living room with lots of additional seating for family and friends to enjoy each other's company.

With an in-unit washer and dryer, you can pack light and wash your hiking clothes when needed. Two outdoor balcony spaces round off the space, with a gas BBQ and seating area, a wonderful spot to enjoy a gorgeous sunny day.

Hit the trails in 20 minutes at the Mount Bachelor ski resort for some snowshoeing. Take the kids for a bike ride through the village of Sunriver or enjoy shopping in the many mom-and-pop shops. Hit the High Desert Museum or go sledding at Drake Park. Relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life by taking a stroll along the Deschutes or hitting the Pavilion in Bend to go ice skating. Bend, Oregon has plenty for the whole family to do from shopping to movie theaters, restaurants, festivals, and more.

The pool and hot tub are open from 10 AM-9 PM, first come, first serve. Pool Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
