If you didn't bring your boat, no problem, you can easily get out on the water with one of the local fishing, boating, or diving charters. Susan and I are long time Florida residents living in Jupiter FL.
We are nearing retirement and found a perfect place to do just that.

Why they chose this property
We rediscovered the Keys in April of 2021 after way to many years of not visiting them.
We figured why not look for property down here.
We knew we wanted to be south of the 7 mile Bridge to get that getaway Island feeling. We started our initial search June 20 , and looked at several properties on June 27.
This was the 4th property we looked at and knew immediately without saying anything... THIS WAS THE PLACE. The location, the simplicity and the landscaping . We enjoy every visit and gets harder to leave each time. Hope you enjoy this slice of paradise as much as we do
