But a stay on the Côte d'Azur is above all a stay outdoors! You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying the sunshine and azure blue skies. The pool area with its deckchairs, its beautiful terrace or the jeu de boules area for unforgettable moments! All in a peaceful setting with a superb view.

You'll also have private parking spaces outside and one inside the property.

## Access

You will have private access to the villa, swimming pool and boules court.
The villa is located in a residential area, with secure access by code and camera at the entrance to the residence. So you'll be perfectly safe to make the most of your stay.
Three private parking spaces are reserved for you.
You can drive your vehicle into the villa's courtyard through a closed gate. And two additional parking spaces in a private parking lot.

The villa is located in the heart of unspoilt nature, yet close to the town of Mandelieu La Napoule (10 minutes from the villa), where you'll find all amenities (large supermarket, bakeries, small greengrocers, pharmacies, bike/motorcycle rentals, etc.).
The first beaches are also around 10 minutes away.
