Come discover this magnificent Breton house with its beautiful stone facade located just above the Aber Ildut. The view from the property is incredible! This residence, combining comfort and authenticity, will charm you with its high-quality amenities.

You can enjoy a very large enclosed and wooded garden that has its own access to the Aber, making it an ideal starting point for a kayak or paddle outing! You can also take advantage of the large terrace with its magnificent view of the Aber for family or friends' meals. The highlight of these outdoor spaces is the spa, heated to 29 degrees from May to September.

Inside, you can enjoy a spacious living-dining room that also offers a beautiful view of the Aber and the port of Lanildut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking delicious meals. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own bathroom, as well as a second spacious and beautifully decorated master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs, there is a lovely mezzanine, ideal for children, as well as three beautiful bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with double beds: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and the other two with 160x200 beds. There is also a bathroom and a toilet on this floor.

Within less than 30 minutes, you can explore the most touristic places of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the charming and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), explore the three Abers and their beautiful landscapes, walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Mathieu, the Kergroadès Castle, or the Maritime Museum in Brest. For art enthusiasts: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Fine Arts Museum... For children, you will also find nearby: La Récré des 3 Curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe). For sports enthusiasts, there are wonderful spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, or surfing nearby. For golfers, several golf courses are close by, including the Brest les Abers golf course, which is located only 5 km from the house.
