Wow... Sensational renovated home just a few steps away from the beaches & ocean. Enjoy use of Sound View or Miami beaches. Wide open floor plans and tons of room for everyone..... The house features an awesome outdoor fun fenced courtyard, outdoor shower, ceiling fans in each room and plenty of room for the entire family.
Activities: Free outdoor concerts, kid's crafts & carousel, bingo, movie night, pavilion & night club, Florence Griswold Museum, Goose Island, Connecticut impressionist art trail, sculpture grounds, Soundview Brewing Company, Bell 8 charters, Kokomo's restaurant and beach bar.
Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.
Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.
5 Miles to Big Y supermarket.
In addition, this property comes with plenty of off street parking and is conveniently located near Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Gaming Resorts, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Clinton Antiques Center and Chamard Vineyards.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information.
