Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short 15min drive to the gates of Disney, this 4 bed, 2 bath home gives you a warm welcome for your next vacation, staycation, or extended stay in central Florida. Equipped with everything you need like cozy linens, an espresso machine, a private HEATED pool ($35/day), Electric Vehicle (EV) charging, grill/propane($65/week, 1 week minimum), and speedy WiFi. Our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, perfect for families or large groups! I grew up just outside of Portland Oregon and Alivia grew up in Tampa Florida. We met in Portland and got married shortly after. Since we met we have always had a passion to someday own vacation rentals in destinations that we would like to vacation. This is our first endeavor into that dream and we are so excited to welcome guests to our Florida home!
Why they chose this property
We knew we wanted to own this home in Florida because we both have a love for all things Disney. Alivia grew up just an hour away so it made sense to "come home" to where she grew up. Our little house here had so much charm the first time we toured it, we just knew that with a little work we could make this into a perfect vacation spot for ourselves and anyone else looking for a nice and clean place to stay!
What makes this property unique
Our property is centrally located just a couple minutes from I4. This gives quick access to Disneyworld (about 10 minutes to the main entrance!) as well as all the other local theme parks such as Legoland, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, and many, many more!
