Enjoy partial lagoon views from the deck. Paved walking trail on W. Lagoon Ave. This home features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room making it perfect for a couple or small family. One full bathroom upstairs and a full bath with a shower in the laundry room downstairs. Updated kitchen equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal. Mini split and window unit heating and cooling. Wi-Fi and smart tv's are available - no satellite or cable. Popular Gulf Shores restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within minutes of this property. Come enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

Excellent Gulfshores Property

This is the perfect little home for a small family. Easy access to the beach and a beautifully decorated home. Had a small issue with a bathroom clog, but the owner resolved it the same day and we had no other issues the entire stay. Only small iussue we had was with housekeeping. We showed up right after check-in and they still weren't done cleaning up. They changed our sheets but not our comforter and I don't think they swept before they left. Lots of dirt and sand on the floor. However, like i said earlier, that was a small issue and it didn't affect the great time we had.

Nice Little Home

This is our 2nd time staying at the house. We love how close it is to the beach. We also enjoyed walking and running in such a nice area. The Beach House was a great place to eat (it was about a block away). The house was clean and comfortable, and we will probably be back again next year. ❤️

Cute and lovely Stay

This was such a cute and quiet place right by the beach. It had everything- linens, towels, and tons of kitchen utensils, & a washer & Dryer. The house was decorated so nicely with a beautiful coastal beach theme & for the size it was laid out perfectly. The air conditioners worked great too & there were extra chairs, and beach items available as well as some games & a small grill. We could walk to & from the beach in just a few minutes too & had a beach view. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it for very small families or 1-2 people. The host set this house up perfectly & exceeded our expectations.

The listing said there was a hot. Lie. Not hot tub, which was one of the reasons we rented it. It was clean an quiet. Needs some TLC and it would be a very nice place to stay

Spring Break

My daughter and I stayed for spring break. The house is in a great location, a short walk to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. Shonna was quick to respond in getting a maintenance item addressed, which was appreciated. We will definitely return.

Cute! And walking distance to beach, eats and small grocery.

Cute, dog-friendly bungalow in walking distance to a small grocery, fresh seafood, an awesome restaurant/bar, ice cream shop, and the public beach. We brought our dogs who had a ball. Although we did not know that Gulf Shores has a no-dogs-on- beach ordinancy. So, we actally brought them for no reason.

It's a keeper!

My wife and I really enjoy staying at this location. It has everything we need. It's quiet. It is an easy walk to the beach(and we are 65+). Simply put, we'll just keep coming back for more!

This is the 2nd year staying at this house and we will probably stay there next year. It is a very comfortable an quiet area close to the beach and the little grocery store. We brought our dog with us and. It was very comfortable. We was there for 10 days and would recommend this house. Thank you and we will see you next year. Cindy

Overall our stay was good. The location was an easy 3 minute walk as stated. The kitchen was updated nicely. Great water pressure in the showers. I would Recommend adding sheets and pillows for the pull out couch and outside solar lights on the stairs to the deck and lights over the patio next to the basement. It was very dark out there trying to clean up beach accessories to pack in the vehicle..

Awesome

This was a wonderful, quiet location for a getaway vacation for my sister and myself. The house is just right for two adults. It's a place to cook, sleep and relax, not luxury but practical. Walked a lot on the nearby beach in the early morning before heading out for an adventure. Did most activities in the morning and evening, spent time sitting on the deck just admiring the view in the middle of the day. Kitchen for cooking and laundry available.Close to everything, went to different beach locations daily. Found a lagoon island to sunbathe and watch wildlife. Spent time at several restaurants, The Hangout, Beach House Kitchen, and Janinos, all great food, fair prices. Parking passes good all day at any public parking for a low price, you can go to the beach, eat a nice dinner and do some shopping on the same pass! We'll be back.

Good Enough

Pros: Clean, easy check-in/check-out process, updated kitchen, cold AC, quiet area Cons: Only four sets of towels (one per person per day, so be prepared to wash towels every day), very outdated interior (including furniture), bathtub not able to be used for baths (no plug and peeling paint), bedroom door is warped and very hard to close, **the absolute worst mattresses ever**, soft spots in floor that made me a little nervous. It’s hard to overlook the negatives for the price. I think a new mattress, a couple of cheap extra pillows, and enough towels for a couple of days would improve customer retention. Owners/property managers seem to have been stolen from—that’s the vibe anyway. It’s weird to only provide the bare minimum on something you should have pride in. Everything looks like it came from a thrift store. Everyone is forced to buy insurance, throw in a couple extra towels and pillows for your guests.

Girls trip.

Get location of the property. Beach located across the street. Owner was very quick to address concerns with stains on the bedding. Housekeeper brought new bedding promptly. Home was older but well kept. Noticed a dish not washed in the cabinet, but soap provided for cleaning. Great water pressure in the shower. Would stay here again for a quick beach getaway. If you want a luxury apartment this is not the place, but for a clean place near the beach and good pricing, this is the place.
